Many times throughout working with Bobby he would be on his phone texting or talking to other people. I told them exactly what I wanted and they kept pointing me in a different direction. I was told upon buying the vehicle I could take it to my mechanic, however I was never given that opportunity. This car was shoved down my throat. The service at Pat McGrath was at a higher level than I've seen at others. Everyone (not just the people working with you) were helpful and friendly. The employees all seem to have a strong committment to customer satisfaction, so I'm guessing this is something that is stressed highly by ownership/management. It's not too much to expect the salesperson you're working with to go to lengths to make you happy, but what impressed me is that even those not directly involved with my sale went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
