It didn't seem as if he was annoyed by all the questions we were asking, which I appreciated. The dealership, overall, was a pretty good experience. I felt a little rushed during the finance process and the signing of the papers, but that had nothing to do with Bobby. They worked really hard to get me my loan, which I appreciate, but I think there should have been more explaining during the hard part of buying the car, which is the paperwork. Other than this though, Pat McGrath did a good job and everyone was really nice. More
