Justin, even though he is new at McGrath, was very friendly and down to earth. He did not pretend to know it all but promised (and delivered) to find out the answers to my questions. Process started out rough but ended up being a pretty easy process. I don't have anything negatie to say about anything other than the fact that we purchased our vehicle based on mpg information given b easy process. We have almost 2000 miles on the Sorento now and the highest mpg we have received so far is 25, which isn't even up to the 28 estimated for city driving. 95% of our driving is highway miles so I was expecting much better than this. I can only hope it gets better. More

I was impressed with the fact that many McGrath people worked well past closing time, so we could drive the Blazer home that night. Our visit to Pat McGrath GMC Buick Cadillac was a very pleasant experience and I was very impressed that Mr Benore was willing to come in to help us on his day off. He worked very hard to make sure that we would be happy with our shopping and that we could drive away with something exactly like we wanted and the price that we could afford. I have dealt with Pat McGrath Chevyland twice before and by those experiences I was confident that Pat McGrath GMC Buick Cadillac would also be a pleasusure to deal with. We were not disappointed. I hope I can deal with Mr Benore again in the future if my Chevy truck ever wears out on me. More
I had a bad experience with the used car sales at the chevy dealership about 4 years ago so was hesitant in going to the GMC dealership. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Chris was very helpful in finding the exact Acadia I wanted. He even searched online to find the color I wanted. I didn't purchase my suv the first day and everyone was still very nice and helpful. I went back the next day and since Chris was busy with someone else, Dan stepped in and we test drove a Enclave. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles I was looking at. He continued with the paperwork while Chris was finishing another sale. As soon as Chris was done he took over and I feel he worked hard in getting me a good deal. He has contacted me several times to make sure everything is ok with my SUV and thanked me for giving McGraths another chance. When I am in the market for a new or used vehicle I won't hesitate to go back to the GMC dealership! Thanks guys for giving me a nice buying experience! I also need to let you know that Clint Bitterman was also very nice! Buying a new vehicle is always such a long ordeal but I Had a good experience starting with Chris and ending with Ryan( I think that is his name)in finance!!! b More
We only test drove one car and the whole process lasted more then 8 hours! The financing took over 3 hours alone which was awful, I wish I had just walked out at that point because it should not take this more then 8 hours! Worst experience ever and I will never go back to McGrath. We purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago and still get calls weekly because the financing was not done correctly and still have not received the refund check for the amount over the pay off of our loan. This all took place on a Saturday at the Kia store and most dealerships should expect that it will be busy on a Saturday and should have more staff on hand to help out with financing process. Also, they act like no one has bought a car from them that has a PO Box for a mailing address. We told them several times we have a PO Box and they still sent something to our physical address which was returned back to them. More
