i was told it would go threw service and get a minimum of $1000 service and all i see that was done was a oil change, i was told that the noise in the rear end would be taken care of and I asked colten again $1000 service and all i see that was done was a oil change, i was told that the noise in the rear end would be taken care of and I asked colten again when we got there to finish the deal and he asured me again that they took care of it, i feel like i was lied to just to make a sale this is the first truck i bought from a dealership and it will be the last, the friendlyness was great but thats about the only thing that was good,i would of been totally happy if he would of done what he said instead of lieing to make a sale! Customers can be a picky and testy lot at times. I know as I am one of them. In saying that, all three of the guys I worked with (Wyatt, Travis and Butch) kept their composure. Dann was great to work with. Very heplful and a very personable guy to talk to. He treated us like he had known us forever when he first met us. We had been to Billion earlier in the day before commin personable guy to talk to. He treated us like he had known us forever when he first met us. We had been to Billion earlier in the day before comming to McGrath's and the customer experience was night and day difference. Billion told me they would knock $3000 off after I had left and was talking to Dann, putting their price cheaper than yours but by that time it didn't matter because the entire experience was so much better. Jaymie was also great, very nice and fun to wrok with. She answered all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer she got it for us. Overall one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. Thanks!!! More
From the time we stepped in the store I was impressed with Jordan and the friendly atmosphere that was there. Justin, even though he is new at McGrath, was very friendly and down to earth. He did not pretend to know it all but promised (and delivered) to find out the answers to my questions.
