Was on my way to the dealership to purchase a used truck with a quoted price from the day before and recieved a phone call that they now needed $600 more that what was agreed upon the day before! Basically with a quoted price from the day before and recieved a phone call that they now needed $600 more that what was agreed upon the day before! Basically told me to take it or leave it, they didn't care. I still bought the truck but it ended up costing me $700 more than I had planned. Gavin called and took care of the issue, very pleased with the result, you don't see too many people take the time to address customer service issues like this these days.
