We've worked with them on several deals, but this is the first one we've closed working with Mark. As it turned out, Mark and Andy were on vacation when we finalized the deal so we got to work with a number of the other staff members. They were all great to work with as well. Tyler made sure the Equinox was ready to go on the day we picked it up. I only gave 3 stars because the gentleman who did our paperwork for the Equinox was not people friendly at all. He never smiled and was very impersonal. We had questions about the title transfer and realized we it was done differently. We apologized and the gentleman didn't even acknowledge our apology. I will not deal with McGrath again if we have to deal with him. More
