I was treated with the utmost respect and he worked quickly and diligently to make sure I was taken care of. I never thought I'd be approved for any car, let alone used, but never did I think that a "friend" like Nate existed in the car buying world. He jumped through hoops like we were family and after hours upon hours of work he had good news for me. Best news I've had in awhile. I am now the proudest owner of a 2016 Chevy Cruz thanks to him. He deserves more than a kudos. He's personable, social,professional, funny and he's a real person Sales people can scare or intimidate customers, but not Nate..he made sure I was aware and prepared. I will forever be a McGrath customer and send others who are looking to buy to Nate...i think his last name says a lot..and I am so happy I talked to Nate FIRST!!! More

Poor customer service poor communication..... Dealership staff could give us no information about are vehicle, took several phone calls and several hours before they found poor communication..... The loaner car they gave us had a tire blow out on it . Spent an hour gettin my McGrath loaner car fixed at Rydell Chevy in Waterloo ....poor experience overall .... He then showed us the price of the one that he showed us and that pretty much locked in our choice. It was a nice change of pace to not have to battle over the new car price. More

Also they only showed me one vehicle after I had asked multiple times to see different ones; their reasoning was my price range. Love the Equinox I ended up getting but, don't like the way they handle some other aspects of the process. More
