A Red Charger My wife and I decided to go car shopping on the weekend. We had our mind set on a 300. I had bought from McGrath before and it was a good experience My wife and I decided to go car shopping on the weekend. We had our mind set on a 300. I had bought from McGrath before and it was a good experience so we started looking on their lots. That's where we met Craig Henderson and he showed us the 300 they had but we also liked a charger he showed us. Craig was very helpful and patient. We tend to think things over a lot. Our intentions we decided that week were to buy one of the two the Charger or the 300. When we returned the next weekend Craig had kept looking for us and had a red Charger SXT there for us to drive. It was awsome. Craig took the time to listen to what we wanted in a car. We are so proud of that car. Thanks Craig for finding our dream car. Vehicles go in fine, come out with problems We've had several recent disappointments with the Pat McGrath Chevyland service department. Our Chevy Traverse was in for an oil change and tire We've had several recent disappointments with the Pat McGrath Chevyland service department. Our Chevy Traverse was in for an oil change and tire rotation with everything checking out fine. Upon leaving, the Traverse started bouncing around and needed $1100 in new struts. Fast forward a few weeks later and it still drives bouncy from time to time. Our Chevy Impala was in for an oil change and tire rotation with everything checking out fine. The "service tire monitor system" warning came on the next day. We had no problems with PSI sensors before. We paid $120+ to have the back right sensor fixed and the warning light came on again the next day for the same tire. We notified Gavin and Clint, who told us to bring the Impala back in. Rather than fix the problem, we're told it's an additional $500+ to have all the PSI monitors replaced which we declined. After expressing our frustration, the service department finally relented and fixed the back right sensor. We've been extremely disappointed that this is how McGrath treats a loyal customer. We thought McGrath might follow-up with us again or send an apology letter, but nothing. Since we don't feel valued as a customer, we've decided to take our business elsewhere along with the money we budgeted for two new Chevy's this spring/summer. McGrath has been in business for many years, so hopefully this is a rare misstep on their part. More

However when Dustin found out that the car we were purching was for me he put his foucuse on what I wanted. That was so refreshing as a women for Dustine to do. (The other dealers we went knew he car was for me but they still talked to my husband like I wasn't there) Dustin did a awesome job finding the Equanoxs that I wanted and did everything he could do to keep my payments around the amount I wanted to stay at.
