The experience was good leading up to the day of purchase. My husband communicated with Patrick and Frank via text for the most part. We knew exactly what we wanted and expressed our monthly payment goals as well. We secured our own financing, but allowed the dealer to check other lenders for potentially better options. The drive to the dealership was 2.5 hours. We reached out to ask about the interest rate and payment amounts based on what they discovered with the other lenders, at which point we were told “everything looks great, see you soon”. My husband then called and spoke with Patrick who sounded very rushed, but told us that the payment was right where we wanted it but at one percentage point above our pre approval rate. We arrived to the dealer to find that was all a complete lie. Patrick and Frank did a switcharoo and told my husband that they would only be able to get a lower rate if the trade owner also got added to the new loan. That didn’t make sense because they knew that the new financing would only be in my name and the trade-in was in my husband’s. There was never any concern expressed by Frank nor Patrick. Frank then presented an approval from NMAC at 11.8% for 96 months. Our NFCU rate was below 6% for 72 months with a lower monthly payment. We ended up getting the car using the original pre approval. They didn’t even clean the vehicle before it was delivered to us. Chalk and adhesive all over the windows. Filth all over the exterior. Patrick even left to fill the tank of the vehicle and came back with it at the halfway point. I cannot speak for anyone else at this place, but I felt like I was dealing with very dishonest representatives in Frank and Patrick. I will say that RJ in the finance office was a pleasure. More

Everything was great except when I told the person at the desk that my key might need a new battery because there is a blinking green key light on the dash, but he said a blinking green light means the batte desk that my key might need a new battery because there is a blinking green key light on the dash, but he said a blinking green light means the battery is good. I went home and looked up the light in the manual and it said it was a low battery warning. I live about 25 mins away, so that’s was a little frustrating. Also a car wash was not offered. Which it always has been in the past. Other than those 2 things everything else was fine. Only took around 40 mins! More
I was disappointed that we agreed on a price and the finance person rushed me trough the process. It was late at night so I though he was being nice since I wanted to get home, but the next day upon ver finance person rushed me trough the process. I contacted the dealer and they promised me someone will call but no one did. Also the sales man tried to explain that if I would had declined the polysteel they would had have to devalue my trade or increase the price of the truck since they had a minimum they had to make on the vehicle, but the polysteel was added to the price of the vehicle at closing, after the salesman had given me the quote. Over all I would tell people that they would have a good experience at the dealer and to try it out but be very very careful and review and question every single line in the contract. More
