This was our second time leaving our 2017 escape for a random nightly horn honk that this time someone was supposed to take it home to see what was wrong. After 3 days still no one had done anything. After a few not so nice words and my conversations with Randy Black, given a loaner for the weekend. Told someone would take the car home. We just were looking around for options just in case. Overheard that we were just overreacting. When we did decide trade in was the only option and service was all gone and our lemon of a car was still sitting there. This sales experience was great. Every experience in 3 years with your service especially Bailey has been a total nightmare and will NEVER reccomend Ford service department. People where I work all agree about Wenatchee ford. Need to clean house because they just cost me $10 000 to get out of a trouble car. More
