We researched a 2005 Nissan murano and liked the 6 month 6k warranty on the model shown. Came to the dealer for a look. The salesperson was unable to show us the car because the battery was dead. Came to the dealer again to view the car. Found two dents and a ripped drivers seat. Told the dealer they have to do some work before we'd donsider the car. They agreed to fix both and maintain the original price. At signing was told the sales GM refused to honor warranty due to selling at a loss and for the repairs they we're covering. He reduced the warranty to 30 days, 1k miles. and 50% coverage. Granted we got this car more than $2k below Kelly blue book but really feel duped enough to contact better business bureau. More

I had to drive 2 hours to purchase car, but there was not a breath of not honoring our agreement in any way. Kristi, Financial Manager was delightful, warm and friendly to work with on contract details - and is beautiful to boot! I'm 67 and have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and this transaction was as good as I've had in my life. I cannot recommend these people more highly. More
I had a bad experience with this dealership as they were not willing to honor an e-mail offer they made. When I stopped by the dealership to close the deal, I was told that they made a mistake with the sal not willing to honor an e-mail offer they made. I spoke to the Sales Manger, the General Sales Manager and the General Manager as well, and none of them were willing to honor the offer. Based on their review on this website, it seems like I am not the only victim. Be aware and stay away from a dealership that lures customers under false pretenses. More

From the moment I walked in Edhy was very friendly and excited to help me. He was knowledgeable about the Corolla and he didn't mind that I asked a ton of questions. Mr. Harmon really worked on getting me the best deal possible and I never felt pressured in the financing. Kristi walked me through all the paperwork and she didn't mind that I at times I froze to make sure that I was absolutely certain about my purchase. She allowed me to take as much time that I needed. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and eager to help. The customer service at this dealership was by far the best that I have seen and I am sure to tell everyone who is looking for a vehicle to go there. I'm new to the Toyota family and I won't be leaving.. More
I selected many local Toyota dealers in an online search for a new Prius. I had many replies with one of them being Arash of Passport. In the end I choose a closer dealership who offered a fair price and had exactly what I wanted. If you are in the Pasport Toyota area I recommend Arash Khosh! More
Purchased a new 2011 Toyota Avalon. Did most of the research and negation over the phone during which time the sales department was very responsive. They answered all of my questions/concerns without seeming to be “pushy”. Went in to the dealership where the courteous and professional behavior continued. Everything we had agreed to over the phone was honored when it came time to sign the papers. I am always cautious of car dealers who may say anything to just “get you in the showroom” and then change things around a bit. My sales person, Arash, is the model employee who was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him. Kristi, the Business manager was equally as pleasant. Sometimes after the deal is done and you’re going through the financial paperwork process it’s easy to be treated impersonally, “sign here”, “sign there”. Wasn’t so with Kristi, she made you feel like a real person, was extremely pleasant and personable and we got through the paperwork in no time. And finally, Ali, the sales manager ensured everything I had been promised was followed through on and was actively involved during the entire process. For me, integrity is the first key factor I look for in doing business and these guys have got it down. So overall I give this dealership and excellent rating. This is my seventh Toyota, the last six were purchased through Toyota of Bowie, but I believe I have found a new dealership. More
