I was told by Bri It's just appalling to me that the assistant service manager would lie right to my face about the condition of the parts on my car. I was told by Brian that my rear subframe had a crack in it, and he recommended it be replaced immediately, for $2200. I decided to have it checked out by a second Japanese specialist, who both told and showed me that there was NO crack or any other serious deterioration on the sub frame. Because i'm a young guy with a nice car Brian, and Passport Nissan of Alexandria, obviously saw it fit to try and rip me off completely. If they are okay with practically stealing over $2000 from someone, they simply can not be trusted. More
Wow! A quality dealer!!! After extensive research, I narrowed my choices down to two choices for the 2015 Nissan Murano that I was seeking. Being located in Roanoke, VA, Alex After extensive research, I narrowed my choices down to two choices for the 2015 Nissan Murano that I was seeking. Being located in Roanoke, VA, Alexandria is quite a haul, but I am so glad I made the trip! The Sales Manager I dealt with at Passport, Forrest Smith, was extremely responsive via email and phone and we had the terms agreed on before I made the 4 hour drive. On arrival, I was treated professionally and courteously, and there were absolutely no changes or surprises. Forrest was obviously of high integrity and well prepared. I drove out of Passport Nissan in under two hours with my new Murano with no hassles over my trade (appraised via email with VIN and photos), or agreed upon terms, or financing. Mike, the Finance Manager was upfront and professional without the hard sell BS that is often the case. Having car purchased many times (for myself and the go-to guy for friends and family), I have NEVER had a better experience!!! (oh, yeah, Forrest caught me before I drove away and insisted on filling the tank!) The first choice was a local dealer in Roanoke, VA. I have to say that was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in car shopping with changing promises, high pressure (this offer is only good if you sign RIGHT NOW!), and an extremely alarming admission that they wouldn't take my approved Capital One auto loan and tried to push me to their financing at very unattractive terms because, and I quote, "That's where we make up our money". Again - I HIGHLY recommend Passport Nissan of Alexandria! More
Horrible Unpleasant Rude This was the most unpleasant experience. I was scheduled to test drive a Altima 2015. I received a call from Nissan ? giving me a VIP #. Once I arrive This was the most unpleasant experience. I was scheduled to test drive a Altima 2015. I received a call from Nissan ? giving me a VIP #. Once I arrived at the dealership they didn't know anything about a VIP #. After the test drive I learned that the price reflected was only if I used Nissan's financing if not $2000 was added to price. I was then assured that Nissan could beat the rate that I had. Next I was trading in a 2005 Honda Accord at which they wanted to give me $1800 for my car with 111,000. The salemen had a long story that they had to "auction" my car, auction fees, and etc. My Honda is in very good condition, no dents, clean interior, it did have a flat tire which is why I decided to get a new car. Well when I went to see the finance manager, he tried to talk me into a rate that was almost 2% higher not a whole lot of difference but you assured me I could get a lower rate. When I voice my concern that another dealer was offering double for my Honda, he became rude. Unpleasant remarks. I left the dealership shaking. The next day I high tailed over to Sheehy Honda. More
Horrible Service department I had my car towed to Passport Nissan on 08/26/2015. I didn't expect for my car to be diagnosed until the following day because of the short notice. I I had my car towed to Passport Nissan on 08/26/2015. I didn't expect for my car to be diagnosed until the following day because of the short notice. I have a 2008 Nissan Sentra the reason it was towed to the dealership was because my car had been vandalized in a public parking lot. Brian was the service representative that was assisting me in this matter. My car wasn't seen until Friday 08/28/2015. Brian called to inform me that my vehicle wouldn't start because my engine was burnt out from not having any oil. Instantly, this did not make sense to me. Giving the history of frequent oil changes my vehicle attained. He insisted that this was the diagnosis and that there was no other reason as to why my engine was locked. I later learned through Brian that my car was never taken into the shop to be diagnosed. They never lifted my vehicle to check if there might have been an oil leek or didn't even bother to explore other possibilities. He said it was never taken into the shop because it wouldn't start. ???? Umm excuse me but isn't that why I had my car towed there??? So an "Expert" can look at it? It was extremely upsetting to learn that my car had a false diagnosis and that it was never taken into the shop to have it looked at in greater depth. Brian called me on Monday to ask what I was planning to do with my car. At that point, I had decided to take it else where for a second opinion. He stated that parking on the Nissan lot was limited and I needed to pick up my car. In my opinion, completely rude and intensive. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. Service was horrible. False diagnosis. More
Best Experience I have owned an Infiniti G35 Sports Coup for the past 10 years but decided it was time for a new car. I visited Passport Nissan of Alexandria and work I have owned an Infiniti G35 Sports Coup for the past 10 years but decided it was time for a new car. I visited Passport Nissan of Alexandria and worked with Ray Webb to find me a new used car. Ray respected what I was looking for; a used low mileage Nissan Pathfinder or Murano. Ray took me and my girlfriend out for some test drives. He knew about the cars, knew about the service, and was responsive to our questions. Eventually I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, Platinum. The car had about 12,000 miles. I also traded in my older 2004 Infiniti. Ray made the purchase easy. He followed up with me and anytime I've stopped by the dealership, Ray's always stepped out to shake my hand and talk. Buying a car can be a stressful experience. Ray may it enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone considering a used car from Passport Nissan talking to Ray Webb. More

The salesman who assisted me was Ray Webb - knowledgable, super friendly and not pushy. What more could you want? (I had the same experience with the finance staff as well). Ray was quick with answering calls, emails and was always able to answer the questions I had for him. I also felt like he worked on my behalf during the whole process. I was satisfied with the price AND the customer service. More
Beware of Bait and Switch! I called dealership for a 2012 Nissan Frontier that this dealership had listed on AutoTrader. The truck is advertised as having heated seats. I called I called dealership for a 2012 Nissan Frontier that this dealership had listed on AutoTrader. The truck is advertised as having heated seats. I called the dealership and spoke to their salesman, who confirmed that the truck does not have heated seats, that it was a 'mistake'. The truck was still listed on AutoTrader 4 days later as having heated seats. Clearly deceptive advertising - stay away from this is a Bait and Switch dealership More
