The vehicle was prepped and clean and ready for me to drive it away. I was impressed with the facilities (maintenance/parts) after the tour given to me by Kevin and decided to bring the car in to Passport for regularly scheduled maintenance and other work. Friendliness: Very friendly atmosphere. All Sales associates and Passport employees were very friendly and always smiling, offering to help and answer questions.
