The sales person was friendly and helpful; however, his manager, Mr. Taylor was a complete JERK. During the negotiation we offered our starting price and he came out as if we had offended him. He said this manager, Mr. Taylor was a complete JERK. During the negotiation we offered our starting price and he came out as if we had offended him. He said this was a car that we couldn't buy, and how dare we offer something less than what was posted online. His attitude was rude and his demeanor condescendent. Needless to say we didn't buy a car from him. Instead of customer service we received a customer attack. Be aware that in accordance to Mr. Taylor's rationale, Muranos are made in Japan and therefore that gives him license to ride you with whatever the price he wants to reel you. The salesperson tried to apologize for the incident and Mr Taylor's response (as we were walking out the door) what for? Think twice before going to this dealer. More
I was in the market for a car and was ready to buy a Honda Civic. However, after my experience with the dealership, I decided to walk away and try something elsa. Nissan was on my short list and there w Honda Civic. However, after my experience with the dealership, I decided to walk away and try something elsa. Nissan was on my short list and there was a dealership close by so decided to take a look. It probably was one of the best decisions I've made because the salesman Ray was awesome. I walked away with a Great car (2010 Fully Loaded Nissan Sentra)and a great experience. Ray was able to work with me on a price I was comfortable with without the hassle. I must say I went into buying a car thinking all car salesman are sleazy and are looking to take advantage of you, but was pleasantly surprise with my experience at Passport Nissan in Alexandria. If you're in the market for a car Ray is your guy. He took the time to go over everything in the car and answered all my questions. Thanks, Ray. More
No games - got a manager involved when I couldn't get the answer I wanted. Everything out in the open - fairly efficient once a deal reached. Overall - very happy. Purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 - received a fr answer I wanted. Everything out in the open - fairly efficient once a deal reached. Overall - very happy. Purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 - received a free carfax report that was very helpful in deciding to purchase. Neal was positive and helpful. They are going to help me pickup my previous car (no trade) as well given the long drive between home and the dealership. More

We walked into Passport Nissan with a long wish list, a budget to stay within, and a history of bad experiences at car dealerships. Immediately after walking into passport Nissan we were greeted by Tony Ha budget to stay within, and a history of bad experiences at car dealerships. Immediately after walking into passport Nissan we were greeted by Tony Hassan who seemed eager to help us but not in an over eager salesman kind of way, which we had encountered with other Nissan dealerships in the area. Throughout the whole process Tony made sure to keep our end goal of features and price in the front of his mind and really seemed to care about us! We brought in a car to trade in which left us $6,000 upside down which was really concerning to us, we did not want this debt to prevent us from driving home with a car we were unhappy with. Tony did EVERYTHING to ensure we did not compromise our end goal. Tony was always polite gave us time to think about the offer at hand, and never once pressured us into signing paperwork until we were comfortable with the bottom line. Finally once we were comfortable and ready to sign paperwork Tony brought us over to Rodney the finance manager who thoroughly explained all the paperwork we were signing and was sure to answer any questions we had! Overall we had a GREAT experience and left with a BEAUTIFUL Nissan Altima 2.5 SL that we are proud to say we brought it from TONY HASSAN at Passport Nissan! We highly recommend if you’re looking for a car you go to Passport Nissan and ask for Tony Hassan. Thank you Tony for all your dedication and hard work! ? More
Tommy was very easy to work with and we particularly like the haggle free internet pricing. We were dealt with in a timely manor and the transaction was very smooth from start to finish. These guys were terrible. Sales person knew nothing about the vehicle and just made stuff up at random whether true or not. He used bizarre tactics to guilt us into buying a car -- safety, etc. Most about the vehicle and just made stuff up at random whether true or not. He used bizarre tactics to guilt us into buying a car -- safety, etc. Most annoyingly he refused to negotiate at all unless it was in person at the dealership, which was basically a "make them wait until they break" game. Pretty much everything bad about car dealers, they have it PLUS poor customer service to boot. You'd think they'd actually be nice and quick and responsive when you were shopping. Not so much. More
Let me tell you a story: My 10 year old car was about dead on its last legs. I was in the market for a new family sedan, I recently married, and we are thinking about kids down the road. I needed more dead on its last legs. I was in the market for a new family sedan, I recently married, and we are thinking about kids down the road. I needed more space, definitely, than my old 2000 Dodge Neon. I was ALL set to buy a Camry. I had test drove one, it was good. But the sales person I had been emailing with didn't tell me that he wouldn't be there when I arrived, and the new person was okay, but there wasn't really a push to make me a customer. Not really. We took it out for a spin, I was told of the price, and what can I do? I left that dealership shaking my head. A friend had told me to look at Nissan, and my husband likes Nissan as well. Some other close friends have Nissans. So, I went online, saw Passport, and off I went on this grey day to see what Nissan was all about. Can I just say, WOW....WOW.....WOW..... I was so BLESSED to have met Ray Webb when I walked in the dealership. And he was so FRIENDLY. He offered to help me right away. I didn't get the impression that he would try to bamboozle me, and I was right. We looked at cars, and he LISTENED to what was important to me to have in my next vehicle. Safety, comfort, room to move in, quiet ride, good on the road, dependable. Even power adjusting seats were important to me. The 2010 Nissan Altima had EVERYTHING that I wanted, and then some. We test drove the car, it was a dream driving it, and Ray pointed out everything to me, and I mean everything. By the time we got back to the lot, I knew more about Nissan, and the Altima car performance and than ever before. And better yet, Ray and Mr. Abdeliah of finance really, really (I mean REALLY) worked to get my car payment to an amount that I was okay with for my budget. Imagine, Nissan hadn't even been on my short list when I started looking! And they took my old trade in. Reviewers, let me tell you something....Ray Webb is the BEST xxxx car sales person I have ever worked with. Not only am I now the proud new owner of a 2010 Nissan Altima, (brand new), but a believer in Nissan vehicles. I will only buy cars from Ray Webb. I guess this means I will be in the Nissan family for life, and I am just fine with that. This experience has been the best. And when the car was turned over to me, I just cried. I couldn't believe it. God is so good, and I am so thankful! Ray treated me like a human being, and had my interests to heart. He even took me on a tour of the facility, parts store, service desk, everything! I, and my family, will be forever greatful for the kind, wonderful, exceptional, compassionate fantastic, experience that I had today. Nissan...Nissan...and Ray Webb, the only car salesperson you will ever, ever need. I LOVE my car!! Thank you Ray! Thank you so, so much! More

Called Passport Nissan and inquired about a car that was for sale. It was a used toyota. The saleman told me come by and take it for a spin, always hesitate about going and try to upsale and add on. I dr for sale. It was a used toyota. The saleman told me come by and take it for a spin, always hesitate about going and try to upsale and add on. I drove over and had the saleman go and get the car to test drive, took it out for a quick ride and it was fine. Told him i would pay cash and to get the paperwork ready, then he ask me how much i was willing to pay, figuring he thought i was going to haggle. I stated to him the price was fair and get me the final cost for the car and taxes. He comes back using the 4 square box, i said him, that i will pay price no need to negotiate, then looking in the box, he put in 750 destination charge and 500 dollars processing and another box with more numbers. I said it's not a new car, so why should i have to pay destination, and the 500 processing fee is for registering the car in my name. Then telling him im paying cash, just sign the slip and i will head to dmv and put in my name. He looked like I was stealing his child, he crumpled up the paperwork and told me to go. This type of business is the shadest that is out there. I would not recommend or use passport ever again, hoping this reaches people are looking for a used car and they will not waste their valuable time. More
