Rico and his team were open and transparent about the car’s condition, worked with us to negotiate a fair price, and addressed all the issues we identified without hassle. After the purchase, we discovered an issue with the automatic side-view mirrors. Rico and his team immediately took responsibility, asking us to bring the car in for repairs. When one repair couldn’t be completed during our scheduled visit, they went above and beyond by sending a mechanic to our home to finish the job, saving us time and energy. This level of honesty, dependability, and customer care made this the smoothest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. A huge thank you to Rico and his manager, Tyler, for making it happen. I have used this dealer for years to maintain my 2004 Pathfinder. Last spring I took it in for an inspection, battery and oil leak repair. They found nearly 7k in repairs (I was expecting 2k I knew the Pathfinder. Last spring I took it in for an inspection, battery and oil leak repair. They found nearly 7k in repairs (I was expecting 2k I knew the cost of the oil leak already). I took it to another mechanic, and he said the only think that had to be done was replacing the battery. Passport had claimed I needed a new alternator and there was an issue in rear suspension, for approximately 2k each. Neither of which was needed nor could he identify why they said I needed these repairs. The other mechanic acknowledged there was a minor oil leak but it was not significant enough to address at this time. More
