The salesperson, Brandan, contacted me the same day I requested the availability of the SUV to ask when I would like to test drive the vehicle. I emphasized that I had a baby and was uncertain as a specific time, but he reassured me that if I texted him when I was on my way to the dealership he would have the car ready in a few minutes. When I was ready to test drive the car on a Saturday it was ready for me and he was very professional in showing me all the features and the financing options. I told Brandan I was looking at other vehicles, but would let him know if I was interested in buying the vehicle. He was prompt in answering all my questions and didn't "harass" me when I was trying to decide on whether to purchase the Murano. Once I made my decision, I text Brendan and he was very helpful in ensuring that any questions I had were answered prior to coming to purchase of the vehicle a week later. Also, the financing officer, Greg, was very professional and efficient in completing all the documents for my purchase. More

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra SR on April 20, 2019 and it was the worst experience that I’ve had. A word of advice; if the car you purchased has a problem; don’t drive it off of the lot, because you will be sorry later. Get another car on the lot. When the car was delivered to me, it had pollen all over it and white film on my rear lights. I had to send the car back 2 time and my car still has the white substance on it. In addition, my headlights were foggy and a part on the trunk need to be replaced. My salesman Nicholas Ihuoma said, “we will fix it.” Nicholas told me to bring the car back on Thursday, April 25, 2019 to fix the problem. I was under the impression that the white film/substance would be removed, the part on the trunk would be replaced and we would address the foggy headlight would be accessed, but he sent out a scratch specialist. At that point I lost all trust in him! When he came outside I had to tell him ‘“again” what was wrong with the car and he said, oh! He suggested that I go to the service department. I went to the service department and Dennis assessed me car and determined that the headlight and the strip on my trunk be replace. Nicholas will tell you anything! He lies! Both the headlights were foggy; one was not as severe as the other. I asked him if both of my lights would be replaced and he said yes. That wasn’t the case. I left the dealership with the replacement part. I discovered a deep scratch on my trunk where the replacement part was installed The technician that completed the work put touchup paint on it as if I wouldn’t notice it. My car ended up in the body shop as a result. I also discovered a crack one of the rear lights. I told Nicholas that I was very unhappy and that I wanted to walk away from the deal. He said, let Passport do the work and if I don’t like it he’ll put me in a different car. Lies, lies, lies, lies! He will tell you anything! I contacted the General Manager, Authur Lauw to make him aware of the situation. He didn’t know what was going on with my car. He let me know that the car would be fix, because he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I got my car back with all of the replacement parts; however I noticed a gap in between the light, hood of the car and where the body meets. I made him aware via text and no response. My iPhone showed that he read it. I have to pay someone to take the headlight off and mount it again. Why am I spending money on a new car?!?! In addition my car was detailed and I have a bunch of swirl makes all over it! I got an email stating that my car was delivered to me on May 1. That’s not true at all, because it was delivered on April 20, 2019. I wasn’t satisfied with my car delivery and Nicholas forge my signature as if I was. I cried, had panic attacks and was stressed out over this purchase. I became consumed by the whole situation. I am not for sure about what I can do in reference to Nicholas forging my signature! I feel screwed! Please don’t drive the car off of the lot if the car has anything wrong with; especially if its brand new. My friends and family kept trying to convince me to take the car back before it was too late, but I didn’t listen. A friend that works at another Nissan dealership told me what I can do, but I didn’t listen. I’m full of regret. Serena Ford More

Horrible and untrustworthy dealership!!!!!!!!! I can't type it all because of the limited space. Their customer service is horrible, they damage vehicles then don't own up to their mistakes, they don't talk to you about your car at all. I took my vehicle there for routine maintenance no lights on just an oil change or fluid flush. Each time a light was on and they had no document of the light on my service records nor did anyone mention it to me. When i pick up my car and ask why they tell me it was already on. I take very good care of my car. if any light comes on I immediately take it to the dealership. so to pretty much tell me I'm lying and that it must have been on before hand is just plan wrong. I literally hate this service department and the dealership as a whole!!!! They're crooks!!! More
Awful. Stood a desk and no one acknowledged I was even there I went to dealership to look at a Ram Promaster on 11/10/17. I was on the lot for 15 minutes and proceeded to the sales office. I stopped at the front area for 10 minutes and proceeefed to walk around the showroom for another 15. Not a single sales person or staff member asked if I needed help or had been helped, even though I saw two salesmen B.S. with each other. I left and went to Criswell and purchased a Promaster two hours later. Worst place ever. More
Worst car buying experience ever! (Passport Nissan - Suitland, MD) The dealership was unable to provide and prepare my spare key when I purchased the car. I was told to schedule an app (Passport Nissan - Suitland, MD) The dealership was unable to provide and prepare my spare key when I purchased the car. I was told to schedule an appointment and come back one day. Even more frustrating, I was contacted about a month after purchasing my car because apparently the dealership made a mistake with my paperwork and needed me to complete an entirely new contract. Not only does this mean that I had been driving and paying insurance for a vehicle with no contract, but my payments will now go past the initial end date. After letting the employee know I'd be out of town for a few days, I was threatened with the car being taken if I couldn't make it to the dealership. I agreed to allow them to take the car and I would get my lawyer involved. I was harassed with 7+ phone calls, and emails daily. The only incentive given was a full tank for me to drive one hour away from home to the dealership. After a sales associate finally met me at my home (awkwardly at 9 pm in the evening) I signed all the new paperwork, so I thought. A week and a half after that, I was contacted again with a harassing number of phone calls because yet again, "they" forgot to get a signature on another form. All contact numbers from this dealership have since been blocked from accessing me by phone. This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I regret purchasing from this location. I had seen a competitive Internet Price they posted, but I live in New York and needed a great offer to make the trip down there worth my time. I called them up and told them my situation. They didn't play games. Right away, Brandon and team took me seriously and worked with me on price. Since it was a big holiday, they were motivated to make deals happen. And that's exactly what they did. They quoted me a fantastic price, sent it to me in writing, and I was on my way down from NYC to sign and drive. When I got there, it was getting late in the evening. But they treated me like it was first thing in the morning. The car was immaculate and ready to roll. They didn't waffle on their offer or try and hard sell me on a lot of other extras and add-ons. I was clear about what I wanted, and they delivered. Brandon was awesome and extremely helpful. He took his time and gave me a full tour of the car and demo of all the electronics. He wanted to make sure my drive back to New York that night was a fun and comfortable one. My four-hour drive back home was awesome because I felt like I already knew my car. By the time I was leaving the dealership, it was 9:30pm. Brandon was getting in his own car to head home as well. But instead of darting out, he waited for me to settle in to my new car, just to make sure I was good to go. Then, right before I left, he jumped out of his car and ran over for one more tip. He reached in my window and flipped on the fog lights. "The car looks even cooler if you put your fog lights on," he said. That's a guy putting a little extra effort into his job right there. You can just tell he cares and wants to make sure people are truly happy. He made things happen that day, along with the whole team. And even though I traveled from 4 states away to get this deal, it was seamless and totally worth it. A great experience here! More
