Poor Professionalism Maybe this place is fine for service, but don't buy cars here. Buy a Mazda from any of the other nearby dealerships. The salesmen here are incompetent and unprofessional. There should be no human error when you're making an offer to a customer on a car that cost 10s of thousands. I was expecting to buy a lower trim version of the car from a different dealership, but then one of the salesmen sent me a text message pretty close to what I had offered in the store when I first visited. I agreed, and told him to send me out the purchase contract. I cancelled my appointment at the other dealership because I figured everything was set in stone since he confirmed that the offer he sent me was the total cost. Not until the next day at 11 does a different salesman tell me that the offer he sent me was wrong, and that it was actually 1k more. It took them that long to inform me of the mistake. This fiasco has cost me time and money. It just seems really unprofessional to raise the price on someone in this manner. Feels like I was taken advantage of. I'm looking forward on informing everyone I know to shop elsewhere for a Mazda. More

Tonya was a wonderful salesperson I live in another location over 300 miles from dealership. Was assisting my daughter who lives near the dealership buy a Mazda 3 grand Sport. We were back and forth on the phone multiple times over a few days. She actually put up with the multitude of requests I made and always was cheerful about it. I felt she had a real sense of integrity and the money negotiation were straight forward with no games played. She closed with the fact that she would try and do better and did My daughter finally made it to the showroom and liked her as much as I did. Loved the salesperson. Bought and loves the car. The rest is history. Hoping for a continued good driving experience. Thank you Tonya for making this as simple as you did. Will be back when we need another vehicle. Hoping to meet you in person one day. More

Sunroof exploded Mazda won't fix paint or damage to leathers Public Service Announcement: Don't buy a Mazda AND do not use Passport Mazda. My daughters Mazda 6 had a sunroof that literally exploded on Jan 11, Public Service Announcement: Don't buy a Mazda AND do not use Passport Mazda. My daughters Mazda 6 had a sunroof that literally exploded on Jan 11, 2017 while she was driving. She said it sounded like a gunshot and she almost wrecked. It exploded upward and out of the vehicle although she had A LOT of glass that rained back in on her and the inside of her car. The vehicle was only 8 months old. Mazda replaced the sunroof out of "good will" (as they put it) and informed us that it was probably due to a shard of metal in the track left over from manufacturing.....pressure built up on the glass and it exploded. Her vehicle is not the first vehicle to do this - google it! They are refusing to repair the leather seats that the glass got embedded in and ripped and are refusing to fix the paint where the glass flew out and took a chunk of paint off the roof and the trunk of the vehicle. We have been trying to work through this with them since January. I have been on the phone with Corporate Mazda who in turn have been trying to get Passport Mazda on the phone for 2 weeks to get their side of the story. The have not made a connection with Corporate in over two weeks. Isn't that like ignoring your boss? Besides the fact that Mazda will not stand behind their product and quality one of my daughter first "adult purchases" has not turned out to be a disheartening experience. They have not heard the last from us as we stand up for what is right! Do not purchase a Mazda as their customer service is LESS THEN SATISFACTORY and we purchased not ONE but TWO MAZDA'S ON THE SAME DAY! More

We purchased a 2016.5 CX 5 in early January 2017 and are very happy with our purchase and the overall value. The exact car specs we wanted weren't in stock at Passport, however Michael arranged for the delivery from another dealer and even came into complete the paperwork, facilitate our test drive and finalize the buy on his scheduled day off. In addition, Passport prices were clear and questions succinctly answered throughout the process. Everyone encountered was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Passport Mazda. More

Very I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX 9 Grand Touring on January 2, 2017, and I must say that the service that I received from Mr. Gilbert was outstanding. Very helpful in explaining how to use the new electronic gadgets (set up my cellphone/explained how to use the navigation features, new safety features, etc). Being cautious and taking my time to learn the features didnot alter his patience with my questions. I would highly recommend that future customers consider purchasing a vehicle there. Also, I was very satisfied with the financing details for my vehicle. More
