Lesson learned. Ask for vehicle history report next tim you are a woman DO NOT go by yourself to purchase a vehicle from here. If you do ask for a vehicle history report prior to your purchase If it's a you are a woman DO NOT go by yourself to purchase a vehicle from here. If you do ask for a vehicle history report prior to your purchase If it's a certified used car. My error was that I was in good hands considering the fact that I had a good experience the 1st time when I had my Q70. I kept it until the lease was up. I got a preowned 2017 QX60 September of 2018 I've been to the dealership 6 times to have something replaced or repaired. 3 of the visits were for the same the issue. The corrections were for a timing control issie. Another time they had to replace my radiator fan. Another visit was to address a recall part. The cover for my driver side mirror came off... After looking over the vehicle history report I learned that the same mirror was broken and replaced prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I put in a request for it to be repaired 4 times. Each time they told me that the part was on it's way. I finally got it fixed and they charged me $189 for it. Personally, I feel like if it was broken and repaired prior to me purchasing the vehicle they would have been courteous and waived the cost. Before I walked off the lot today I noticed that the mirror was still not fixed!! I was told that in order for the mirror to be fixed 100% I would need to pay $1700 because it would require replacing the entire mirror and shell. I included pictures of what they call repaired and also a picture of my passenger side mirror which is perfectly fine. I really wish I requested that vehicle maintenance record prior to my purchase. I learned that there was body damage prior to my purchase. A hose had burst underneath the passenger side front seat and flooded the floor As a result they had to replace the carpet. There was mold in the sunroof at some point..(what causes that I havent a clue.) *** I'm attaching pictures so no one can come behind me and say that my experience wasn't real. Super disappointed. Lesson learned. I'm still under warranty. They at least could've offered a buyback, accept my request for a buyback or extend my warranty. More
Dealership will lie to you I went to this dealership to look at a used car. I liked the car but we were not able to agree on a price. No issue here, as it is a part of the proce I went to this dealership to look at a used car. I liked the car but we were not able to agree on a price. No issue here, as it is a part of the process. Between one to two weeks later i was contacted by the dealership regarding the car. We communicated via text. They told me i could purchase the car at the price that I was looking for. I made sure to ask if the price includes taxes and fees, and they confirmed the price. I went to the dealership to make the purchase that weekend, dealership was a hour drive one way. Upon arrival i was told that they made a mistake and that the price they told me did not include sales tax, and it would be approximately $600 more then what i was told. Not sure if it was miscommunication on their part, or them just lying to me to bring me in. I was extremely disappointed that i was lied to and had to make the trip out there. I have texts from them confirming what they told me. I did not make the purchase, and would not recommend the dealership. More
The Perfect Car Buying Experience I found the type of vehicle at a local dealership in NC but they did not have the color I wanted. I broadened my search to nationwide and saw my next I found the type of vehicle at a local dealership in NC but they did not have the color I wanted. I broadened my search to nationwide and saw my next dream car at passport Infiniti. I initially started the process with La'Quisha Turner. She was absolutely phenomenal! She was kind, very knowledgeable, and did exactly what she promised to. I was so impressed with her, that i woke up at 5 AM and drove 301 miles to purchase my vehicle from passport Infiniti. The staff greeted me in the parking lot and catered to me until I drove away with a big Charlie Brown smile, lol! I was skeptical about putting a lot of effort into a vehicle that I had not seen in person, but with people like the folks at Passport Infinity at the helm, buying online is the only way to go for me. The lease on my daughters Q50 was up General Manager Brian Dileo and his crew really went above and beyond providing an exceptional sales experience. The lease on my daughters Q50 was up and Brian and his crew Amir and Samir really made the transaction simple and easy the selection process was very quick price and payments were presented in a very transparent fashion then paperwork was handled quickly and a very clean and prepped QX50 was in our driveway. Fast forward to this week my son in law totaled his car and we decide to return to Passport which had a great selection of pre-owned Infinitis in their inventory to choose . We chose a very nice well maintained 2015 Q40 and again Brian , Amir and Samir made the transaction very simple and easy and now there is a Certified PRe-Owned Infiniti in the family . The personal service that Brian and team provide will always keep our family returning for all of our Infiniti Sales and service needs ...Awesome Job boys and thanks very much for a fantastic experience More
Beware Drove 1 1/2 hours to check out the used Infiniti advertised internet price was $11,975. Be aware that you will pay an additional thousand dollars for Drove 1 1/2 hours to check out the used Infiniti advertised internet price was $11,975. Be aware that you will pay an additional thousand dollars for dealer processing and preparation. So the car was actually 13,000. That would not include taxes title and tags. The manager said he would honor the internet price but it was still $1,000 additional. Make sure you ask all the questions before you take a long drive. More

Used Cars Look Elsewhere I never leave reviews for anything, but my experience here was unlike any dealership I've ever dealt with. Hopefully it's just because it was a used c I never leave reviews for anything, but my experience here was unlike any dealership I've ever dealt with. Hopefully it's just because it was a used car and not an Infiniti. Was all set to drive down and buy a used car, but asked for proof of title and the bill of sale from their purchase first. Seemed reasonable since I'd be coming 450 miles one-way (from MA). Dealer said they didn't have those yet but not to worry because they're a multimillion dollar dealership and would be getting it from the seller soon. Asked some follow-up questions about whether there was proof the title had even been officially signed over, when specifically they would have it etc. Didn't get a direct answer, just "don't worry we own the car. nothing further to discuss". Was also told the title wouldn't be signed over to me immediately after purchase, but instead shipped to me 10 days after signing but that they'd give me temporary tags. I clarified this wouldn't work since out of state tags are not recognized in MA where I live and would need the title - I had asked multiple sources (insurance agency, 4 other dealerships including 2 non-MA dealers) to confirm this and also sent documentation from the MA RMV site as proof of this fact. Was then told by the dealer "you don't know what you're talking about, we do this all the time". After saying no deal, was immediately called by the dealer who basically told me how frustrating all my questions were and that I was wrong about the temp tags despite hearing nothing but the contrary from other sources. I have asked other dealers the exact same questions and have never received such indirect answers, let alone been treated like I was inconveniencing them More
