Passport Infinity of Alexandria has a Customer for Life! My experience with Passport Infinity of Alexandria was exceptional. I had decided to buy a different car from another dealership. I test drove the car My experience with Passport Infinity of Alexandria was exceptional. I had decided to buy a different car from another dealership. I test drove the car and made my pick. It went downhill from there. Keep in mind that I’m a woman in my 60s that is well paid with a very high credit score. The manager from the other dealership tried to “wow” me with three pages of math (that was wrong, BTW), then he tried bullying and intimidation. I have not been “mansplained” like that in over 30 years. Finally, I told the manager to give me my car keys back; I was done. I left the dealership and went to Passport Infinity the next day. To say that my experience there was the polar opposite of the other dealership would be an understatement! I was greeted by Joe Valdovinos, an ultimate professional salesman. From the General Manager, Brian Dileo, to the credit manager, Mike Ip, I was treated professionally and courteously. They actually made buying a car fun! If you have ever experienced the horror that can be buying a car, I strongly recommend you go to Passport Infinity of Alexandria. You will be treated with the upmost respect.
