BAD BUSINESS!!! I was interested in purchasing a 2012 G37 coupe from this dealership. Spoke with Mr. Tommy Stith and he informed me they didn't have the particular color in stock but could order the car G37 coupe from this dealership. Spoke with Mr. Tommy Stith and he informed me they didn't have the particular color in stock but could order the car for me. I decided to check another dealership and they were able to give me a better deal than what Passport Infiniti could so I decided to do business with them. I informed Mr. Stith of my decision. I then received voicemail from Mr. Stith informing me that they have the car I wanted and if I didn't conduct business with them, they would not release the car to the other dealership. These types of sales tactics is what made me decide not to do ANY FURTHER BUSINESS with this establishment. I wouldn't even take my car to them for service. Please be cautious of this dealership and the salesperson that are employed here. More
I purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti Passport of Alexandria in March 2011. We called ahead to have two cars ready for a test drive. Upon arrival, we tested one car, and the other car had been take Alexandria in March 2011. We called ahead to have two cars ready for a test drive. Upon arrival, we tested one car, and the other car had been taken out by another sales person with another potential buyer. They played us against each other. As we had driven 50+ miles to see vehicles, this was diheartening. When I came to sign paperwork and pick the vehicle up, it had not been cleaned properly. Stickers still on back bumper; etc. Issue was fixed when brought to their attention. I would have expected a clean wash and visual inspection prior to my pickup. Business Manager Corie Murphy had a very negative and condescending attitude. Almost treated us as if we were bothering her to buy a car! She promised to mail tags no problem. Once tags arrived at dealership, I contacted her multiple times. She never confirmed or responded to messages. It is as if, once you purchase a car, you are wasting their time if you want any type of customer service. I do not feel that I was provided any customer service, as I have experienced good service at multiple other dealerships over the years. I would not recommend this dealerhip for purchase or service. Several times when I called, I was put on hold for minutes just to get an operator. Customer service is clearly not important to them. Sales appear to be the only thing that matters. More
I brought my car in for service and it needed a fair amount of work done. Jon Connor made the experience not painful! He was wonderful friendly explained in detail what needed to be done. I did not feel amount of work done. Jon Connor made the experience not painful! He was wonderful friendly explained in detail what needed to be done. I did not feel pressure to do everything but ended up getting all of the suggested service done. The atmosphere of the entire place is great everyone is always friendly and curtious. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. While they may not be the cheapest I and my family always feel confident in the work performed and they always do some little extra thing....a future discount on oil change for example. I do find the price reasonable because in my line of work (construction) there is the saying " you get what you pay for!" And I do believe it is the same in the automotive world....you pay for what you get...and Passport overall is great and I do not mind paying a bit more for better top quality service. More
STAY AWAY from Passport! GO TO TYSONS CORNER Infiniti instead!! 10 out of 10 service every time since I vowed never to go back to passport. I went to passport to see if a TSB for brake juddering ap instead!! 10 out of 10 service every time since I vowed never to go back to passport. I went to passport to see if a TSB for brake juddering applied to my 2008 G35S sedan (33k miles). He told me that the TSB did not apply and that I would need new pads all around (3-4mm) and front rotor resurfacing for some ridiculous sum of money. Part of the TSB entails installing a cooling duct to allow more fresh air through the discs to prevent warping which leads to juddering (car vibrating). So I mentioned that if I do decide to pay to have that work done, can you still also perform the TSB so my NEWLY installed and paid for brakes don't warp and wear prematurely. He said "I do not have premature wear now, so I will not have it later...The TSB does not apply." I declined service and went to Tysons Corner Infiniti and had TSB performed for free under warranty AND they said my pads were at 6-7mm!!! Beware of passport and the liars that work there! More
The sales people at passport Infiniti went out of the way to make sure I got the car that I wanted. Their was no pressure from the sales staff to make a decesion. The only thing I wish was that I was given to make sure I got the car that I wanted. Their was no pressure from the sales staff to make a decesion. The only thing I wish was that I was given more for my trade in. Thank you and I'll see you soon. More
After a bad experience locally, I found Passport on the web and was able to negotiate a price in 5 minutes over the phone. The next day I drove 1.5 hours and was welcomed by a knowledgable and friendly sa web and was able to negotiate a price in 5 minutes over the phone. The next day I drove 1.5 hours and was welcomed by a knowledgable and friendly salesperson named Tommy Stith. I was nervous that they would try to sneak in a price increase somehow but found that my vehicle was 100% ready to go and paid the exact price we discussed. It was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ask for Tommy when you go! More
Our car was totaled in the flooding a few months ago and we couldn't decide what to replace it with we looked at Lexus ,BMW , Mercedes and Acura when we noticed a Infiniti FX at a festival in Alexandria and we couldn't decide what to replace it with we looked at Lexus ,BMW , Mercedes and Acura when we noticed a Infiniti FX at a festival in Alexandria and we fell in love with the looks and we decided to visit Passport Infiniti , truthfully my husband and I never had Infiniti on the shopping list we were greeted very early before the dealer opened by the dealership manager who happened to be there he opened the dealership and personally showed us several new FXs and we then found our new baby a beautiful white FX that we just had to have. Steve then had one of his colleagues Sandra take us for a test drive our love for the FX grew much stronger so the the hard part negotiating the deal. Steve then showed us several financing and leasing options and we decided to lease. So while our baby was being prepped we did the paperwork with Corie she was very nice and she also made us feel very comfortable and before we knew it we where done and ready to drive off in our shiny new Infiniti. After shopping several Infiniti dealers in the area we were not impressed with the attitude of the sales people. We then happened by Passport Infiniti we were greeted by a very nice man the General Manage were not impressed with the attitude of the sales people. We then happened by Passport Infiniti we were greeted by a very nice man the General Manager Steve Browdy he along with Sandra really made this the most special car buying experience I have ever had in over 20 years of purchasing a new car every 2 years. He really made us feel like family and when all of the items we had in our Escalade wouldn't fit in our new G. Convertible he personally followed us home to Great Falls and it only helped us unload bu also re-explained all of the operating controls and features at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. He went above and beyond the call of duty for us..... More
The first salesman I spoke with promised to call me back within an hour with answers to a couple of questions. Six hours later I called him and asked what happened. He told me that his manager had been in m within an hour with answers to a couple of questions. Six hours later I called him and asked what happened. He told me that his manager had been in meetings all day. I called and spoke with the General manager, Steve Browdy. I told Steve the message I received was that meetings wer more important than customers. He apologized and said he would handle my sale himself. I went in and met Steve and he seemed like a decent guy. However, over the next three weeks Srteve completely waster my time by never returning texts or calls with answers to questions. One Saturday we traded texts and he specifically promised to have a VIN number for me the following Monday. 10 DAYS LATER and I still haven't heard a word from the GENERAL MANGER. The sales force do not keep promises. They are generally uninterested in selling cars or customer service. I called and left a voice mail for the owner of the dealership -- presumably Steve Browdy's boss. The owner never called me back. So now I know where the unconcerned attitudes comes from. Do not buy from this dealership if you care at all about a decent customer service experience. For such a high end brand they suck at the customer experience part of selling cars. More
