I spent about two weeks researching a car purchase and I came down to either Infiniti or Mercedes and it seemed no one at the Mercedes dealership believed I was qualified for a return email or phone call l came down to either Infiniti or Mercedes and it seemed no one at the Mercedes dealership believed I was qualified for a return email or phone call let alone a new Mercedes frustrated I went to the Mercedes dealership in Alexandria and I was totally ignored I didn't realize that the Infiniti dealership was next door I walked over and met a very nice sales representative by the name of Ash he was very knowledgable and didn't push me , he allowed me to test drive a new G37 and I fell in love. Ash then brought us back to the showroom and offered us some of the best coffee from a machine I ever tasted. So all calm we sat down to speak about price admittedly I had researched and knew all of the costs associated with purchasing a new G37 and I decided to offer $5000 under cost to test the waters just to see the reaction Ash immediately and very calm brought his manager Steven over who we later realized was the General Manager of the dealer he was a very nice man that sat with me for about a half hour trying to get to know us and he seemed like he really cared about me ... He even told me that he really liked and understood my negotiating style then I realized that I better make my offer such that they would accept and sell me the car I grew to fell in love with, I did let him suffer a bit so it wouldn't seem easy and we finally agreed on price. Ash and Corie then handled the paperwork and again I felt like they really cared about me and made good recommendations for a warranty which I purchased, by the time we had finished the paperwork our new baby was ready and with out hassle Ash went over step by step every feature and we drove out the same day. AWESOME experience .... I would never ever buy a car from anywhere else but from Ash Steve and Corrie they treated me with amazing respect and on top of it all the level of customer service is so high that when I returned to pick up my tags another manager Robert came out and installed them him self and had my car washed for me.....don't go any where else Passport Rocks!!!! I would turn around and find another dealership especially if you're looking to buy a used car. Trust me. you remember those used car dealers that use to shaft you in the 80's with broken promises especially if you're looking to buy a used car. Trust me. you remember those used car dealers that use to shaft you in the 80's with broken promises and sleazy sales tactics? Yeah, you got it at this dealership. Even their Manager Teric Khairzada is a broken promise guy that will keep squeezing you for $. Never take a verbal promise from these guys bc they will end up trying to take more $$ from you in every stage of the process. He first promised me my bumper on my old car on the trade in day....never happened. he then promised me that I can return the car I was interested in...ended up strong arming me to buy it. And when I bought it, he even tried increasing the interest rate by 1 percent!!! BEWARE of this dealership because they will try to take every penny once the deal is done. I even spoke to his manager Steven Bowdy and he totally ignored me. There is no customer loyalty at this place, take your trade in elsewhere! More
This dealership is PHENOMENAL! I do not live in Virginia, but I drive to this dealership because the customer service is well worth it. I came to Passport Infiniti of Alexandria on March 14, 2013, Virginia, but I drive to this dealership because the customer service is well worth it. I came to Passport Infiniti of Alexandria on March 14, 2013, to inquire about a 2012 Infiniti FX35 that I had seen on their website. From the moment I walked in the door, Mr. Ron Woods treated me as if I were their most important customer. This kind of treatment is rare these days, so it really had an impact on me. That day, I purchased the vehicle that I had seen on line, and the process was the smoothest I had ever experienced in purchasing a car. The Finance Manager, Ms. Corie Murphy, is in a class all on her own. She is Extremely knowledgeable about the finance world, and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Less than 3 months after I purchased the car, my vehicle was hit in a head-on collision and was a total loss. I contacted Mr. Woods and Ms. Murphy again at Passport Infiniti, and asked for their help in locating the same exact vehicle. Within a week of me contacting them, they had found the car. The process was so smooth it was surreal. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I STRONGLY recommend this dealership. As for Mr. Woods and Ms. Murphy, they are part of my family now and will be invited to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. More
My wife and I have been patrons of Passport Inifiniti for 10 years and with the probable purchase of a 2014 Q50 later this year, intend to remain so. The central reason is Jon Connor as our Service Represent 10 years and with the probable purchase of a 2014 Q50 later this year, intend to remain so. The central reason is Jon Connor as our Service Representative. He knows us; he knows the car. I rated price "good" because it's hard to say any price is great - unless one compares it with what I used to have to pay a Mercedes dealership (which I would rate as "bad"). But it's not outlandish pricing and because Jon knows we'll be returning, everything that "could be done" isn't necessarily done if it can safely be held in abeyance for another oil change or two. That really helps pace the expense of maintaining a luxury car. And it's the right way to do business. More

First and foremost, I highly recommend Passport Infiniti of Alexandria for anyone in the market for purchasing or leasing an Infiniti. My recent visit to Passport Infiniti and Passport Nissan was truly a d of Alexandria for anyone in the market for purchasing or leasing an Infiniti. My recent visit to Passport Infiniti and Passport Nissan was truly a delightful experience. With both dealerships located side by side, my intentions were to visit both dealerships because I had been driving Nissans for the past 17 years. As I glanced at an Infiniti on the lot, a sales associate approached me and asked if she could assist me. I explained to her what I was interested in and the rest is history. Danielle provided excellent customer care service. She was superb and was very instrumental in assisting me in making a decision whether to go Nissan or Infiniti and on whether to lease or purchase the car of my choice, the Infiniti G37x. She thoroughly provided me with all the details regarding leasing versus purchasing; She road with me as I test drove the vehicle describing all the features. Once my decision was made and the deal was finalized, she patiently went over all the features of the Infiniti G37x and instructed me on how to operate the vehicle, providing me with detailed instructions on how to operate the Navigation system, voice command feature, and she even set-up my iPhone via Bluetooth so that I could have immediate access of my cell phone to share the good news with friends and family as I drove off in my brand new car. Danielle also programmed her cell phone number into my iPhone so that I would have direct access to contacting her regarding any questions or concerns I may have in the future regarding the car. She was very excellent with my 6 year old grandson as she communicated with him making sure that he had a pleasant experience as he patiently waited for the finalization of the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle. With the assistance of both Danielle and Brain, the Sales Manager, I left the dealership not only excited about my new car, but 100% plus satisfied. More
I would really like to commend the upper management of Passport Infiniti for having such an amazing staff. We had been shopping for a couple of different cars mainly BMW and Lexus looking for a family spo Passport Infiniti for having such an amazing staff. We had been shopping for a couple of different cars mainly BMW and Lexus looking for a family sport utility vehicle that will fit our family of five we went to the Infiniti website after seeing the JX on TV and found our local dealer in Alexandria and inquired online first as shopping is difficult with two special needs children. A few minutes after inquiring on line we received a phone call from Ash who answered our questions promptly and also introduced Robert the sales manager while we were on the call I thought that was a very special touch, Robert assured us the test drive and presentation would be easy and without any pressure , when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted promptly and given a test drive very quickly the dealership staff also helped my wife and I watch the kids while we test drove. And as promised this was the smoothest transaction I have had buying anything I WAS SHOCKED how easy it was completing something that is normally dreadfull the Passport team is awesome. Oh one last thing I forgot ...the navigation system in the JX was a little to complex for my wife to remember and she had a few questions a week later we called Robert and it appeared he dropped everything and came to our house to show her how everything works .. We will for sure tell everyone we see how amazing and pleasant the passport team is and Imcan say that I will never buy a car from anyone else !!!!!! More
I was shopping for a new JX35 and gave Passport a shot. Lenny was the salesman with whom I spoke. After three test drives we were set on purchasing this vehicle, but we wanted a competitive price. As you Lenny was the salesman with whom I spoke. After three test drives we were set on purchasing this vehicle, but we wanted a competitive price. As you will read from multiple other posts, Lenny swore up and down about this "beat their best offer by $500" promotion. Considering their GM met me on the floor and also promised a $1000 Infiniti loyalty discount (I advised that we currently own an M35X), it seemed like we could strike a good deal. I verbally advised Lenny of price of a competing dealer. He followed up with an email laying out the $500 promotion, and offering to beat the price of the competing dealership, and included an out the door price - which seemed to forgo their GM's offer of a "loyalty" discount. All well and good so far. However, Lenny and Robert seem to have an issue with free market forces. Since the competing dealership then improved their sales price, they were under Lenny's offer. I forwarded the email to Lenny with the competing dealership's new sales price, and advised that the new price to beat was now xxxx and applying their $500 "beat your best offer" discount, the new OTD price should be xxxx. That email included the OTD price and VIN number for the JX under consideration. 7 days later (and no response from Lenny or Robert) I sent them a follow up email and advised that they seemed to be declining to beat the other dealer's price. They responded by claiming they lost the email in their subfolders somewhere. Nonetheless, they then advised that I had to show them a purchase order from the other dealership in order for them to beat the price. A purchase order! So presumably, I had to buy the vehicle from the other dealer. Show it Lenny and Robert. Buy their vehicle, and return the first one. Yes, it does seem like a scene from Theatre of the Absurd. All the while a buddy of mine forwarded an email from Lenny in which he wrote that "your email price quote will be enough. Bring me your written offer." Infiniti makes great cars, but these individuals at Passport are not going to keep their word. Know that going in the front door. You may be able to get a car that you like, but the minute they realize that they cannot hustle you, expect their price "guarantees" to fly out the window. Lenny has no juice to cut his own deal. You will find that the emails with prices come from Robert. I suppose that Lenny needs to get a permission slip to do anything of substance. Perhaps he has the latitude to use the bathroom when the need arises, but other than that ... Robert is the type of fellow who seems to have missed his calling as an extra for the old Jersey Shore series. His fancy bracelet must have cost him quite a few dubloons, or he hijacked the xxxxxxfrom Good Fellas. Alas I did not speak him long enough to determine the answer. More
I contacted the dealership on Thursday Nov 29, 2012 and talked to salesman Tommy regarding 2013 JX35. I was also checking prices from other local dealers. On Friday, I got a good price from one of the de talked to salesman Tommy regarding 2013 JX35. I was also checking prices from other local dealers. On Friday, I got a good price from one of the dealership and told Tommy about it. First he did not want to believe the price got and then later his manager sends me an email saying, they will beat the price I got by $500 and I need to just show the price to them. I told them that I will be there on Saturday December 1, 2012. Before leaving the house, I called the dealership and Tommy told me since I was dealing with his manager, he will let me talk to him on the phone. I told the manager that I am planning to be there to get the vehicle and he said come on in. I went to the dealership and met Tommy. I told him about the vehicle I wanted to get. He took me out to the lot to look for the vehicle and then said, we have another lot, the vehicle might be there and he will go get the vehicle. After coming back in the sales area, we sat at this desk while he went to the manager. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went to inquire about what is going on. The manager said, that we sold the vehicle last night and don't have the vehicle in stock, but promissed that he will get the vehicler from another dealership and told salesman to start the application process. We went back to salesman desk and started filling the form. I showed the salesman the price sheet that I got from the other dealer, he took that to the manager and here we go again...waiting for them. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went to the manager desk and asked how long we have to wait. The manager is like, oh we don't have the vehicle and we can't beat this price. I recommend you to go back to the same dealership and buy the car from them. What a waste of time? Will not recommend this dealer to any one. Don't go to this dealer and waste your time. More
