Sam was great, very informarive and he listen to what I wanted in a vehicle. The dealership is clean and the people there are very friendly. I would recommend this dealership anyone looking to purchase a used or new car. More
Exceptional dealership Michael Williams was very helpful and professional in the entire transaction I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and Infiniti. He wa Michael Williams was very helpful and professional in the entire transaction I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and Infiniti. He was relatively new to the dealership but went out of his way to be accommodating. Even came in early on Sunday morning to complete the delivery of the new vehicle. Excellent followup and I would highly recommend him to anyone for a vehicle purchase. More
Be prepared to pay an additional $620 "used car prep fee" Dealership is nice and clean. People are mostly friendly. There is nothing wrong with buying a used car from these guys, as long as you read reviews Dealership is nice and clean. People are mostly friendly. There is nothing wrong with buying a used car from these guys, as long as you read reviews and come prepared. If you find a used car you like and it is sold by Passport Infinity of Alexandria - be aware, that they will attempt to charge you $620 "prep" or "reconditioning" fee. It is essentially a very expensive car wash. The car I got was clean, but had very dirty air filter, in-cabin filter, useless windshield wipers, was low on fluids and was grossly misaligned. So, when you see their advertised price - make sure to add $620 to it and then see if it is still competitive. Ask if other dealers change similar amounts. If you buy from Passport Infinity - PLEASE do not hesitate to ask what EXACTLY did they do to the car you are buying for $620. Ask them if they can give you an alignments report, test their wipers, ask to show you air filters, look to check fluid levels. You can do a LOT for $620. I had poor experience with my salesman Mr. Ahmed Koroma. I felt like I was inconveniencing him with my presence. When I asked about the alignment, Mr. Koroma sounded condescending when explaining to me that he drove the car and can assure me that it is perfectly aligned. He also told me that they had a second set of keys, while in fact they did not. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mr. Ahmed Koroma. On the plus side, sales manager Brian Dileo was very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. He listened to my complaints after I have purchased the car and have discovered all the issues with it. He reimbursed me for the alignment. He also ordered new filters for me. I did not press them for the windshield wipers, but I think he understood that the dealership has to show at least SOMETHING for the $620 "prep fee" they charged me. Overall, I am happy with the car and after Mr. Dileo addressed my concerns with buying experience, I am reasonably happy with the entire process. I just wish the experience was smooth from the beginning and that dealer did put in some effort to back up their $620 "prep fee". My final rating is AVERAGE at 3 stars, which fits between some very good and very bad experiences I've had in the past. More

Glen did not try to sell me the product, he tried to find out what car on the lot would satisfy my needs and desires. Whether or not I would have bough a car from Passport Infiniti, I would have written this review because Glenn gets it. I am just glad that I had my car buying experience with Glenn. He needs to teach classes on how to sell a car. This guy is going far. More

Bad Customer Service all the way around. Customer service started out great...checked in with me to make sure of my appointment and a follow up call before the drive there from Baltimore, Mar Customer service started out great...checked in with me to make sure of my appointment and a follow up call before the drive there from Baltimore, Maryland. After driving 50 miles, I get there, the salesman I dealt with named Sam was not available, the car was still not available for me to do a visual inspection and while several salesmen came up to me to ask if I could be helped, their attitudes were indifferent. THEN I find out that the automobile that I had inquired about (and was fully ready to purchase...the test drive was just preliminary) has a dent in the rear quarter panel that I happened to find out about from another salesman, something the salesman named Sam that I dealt with neglected to tell me before I made the drive out there. I walked out and wound up looking at a Mercedes E Class Coupe on the Mercedes lot next door. Worst dealership I have ever had dealings with and will not be even thinking of doing business with them again. More
Change a $5 for a $3 and a $2 bill Infiniti is a nice car, and if it meets your needs you can work with this dealership, but get everything in writing and hold on to your wallet. Talke Infiniti is a nice car, and if it meets your needs you can work with this dealership, but get everything in writing and hold on to your wallet. Talked to a slick salesman about a car and in the space of 5 minutes he managed three bald faced lies. I've been buying cars for over 30 years and that was a new record. More
Manager tried to play a dumb trick! DO NOT USE THIS DEALER! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! I just had the most ridiculous experience there! I went there because they had a used vehicle that I was looking for. I DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! I just had the most ridiculous experience there! I went there because they had a used vehicle that I was looking for. I had done my research and had online printouts from comparables. Before I went there, I knew the vehicle was overpriced but I wanted to take a look. I took a test drive and my salesman Fred was okay. I made an offer based on comparables and the sales guy wouldn’t ask the manager. No big deal. I showed the sales guy my comparables and he showed the manager. In the meantime, my boyfriend (who is a former car salesman) reasoned me into offering more. The sales guy returned and while we were discussing the comparables, the manager ran in and said “Are those the keys? I have someone who wants to see it.” He snatched the keys from the sales guy and ran out. I thanked the sales guy for his time and started to leave. Of course, he stopped me and said I’ll get the keys (you see where this is going right?). He got the keys and returned and I told him that I’m not stupid and that he and his manager can run their games on someone else because CLEARLY no one else was there to look at the car!! The sales guy tried to defend the manager and said it was the new car manager and he was not the person to make the decisions. He offered to have the used car manager come to talk to me. But by then I was thoroughly ticked off! He went to ask the used car manager to come in and when he came back I told him that I will not beg to give anyone my money and that I did not appreciate being played for stupid and he laughed and hung his head since he knew it was a low-bottom trick to try to play. I gave him a lower offer than what my boyfriend talked me into because it was the only way I would still consider doing business there. He took it to his “used car manager” (that I’m not sure existed) and came back and said no, but that the used car manager would be with us in a while. I left. They had wasted enough of my time and insulted me enough. More
What a sorry Excuse for an Infiniti Dealership What a sorry excuse for a dealership. Took my QX in there twice. Both times they could not figure out what was wrong. They left the car with grease What a sorry excuse for a dealership. Took my QX in there twice. Both times they could not figure out what was wrong. They left the car with grease all over the interior from their filthy techs. MY SA lied and said there was no history, but when I challenged him as I bought the vehicle new, he retracted and stuttered on his own words. Contact the GM and the SM a couple times, but neither have the courtesy to return a call. Not only was the most pathetic dealership I have visited, I would NOT go back at all. If you cant even contact a customer back when they have issues, you should not be servicing anyone. More
