I've been a loyal BMW customer since 2019, when I purchased both a 2020 BMW X3 and X5 from Passport BMW. My very first experience with the brand—and with this dealership—was thanks to Milos Petric, w purchased both a 2020 BMW X3 and X5 from Passport BMW. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine approach made the decision to buy effortless. I’m not surprised he’s since been promoted to Sales Manager—he truly set the tone for the exceptional service I would continue to receive over the years. Since that first purchase, I’ve returned to Passport BMW for both vehicle upgrades and ongoing service, including my current 2023 X3 and X5. Over time, this team has become what I consider my BMW family, and leaving them behind as I relocate is bittersweet. I want to give a special thanks to the individuals who have consistently provided top-tier service: Brianna Taylor – Always professional and accommodating when it comes to booking appointments. She makes every interaction smooth and efficient. Louis – Handles valet pick-up and return of my vehicles with the utmost care and reliability. Michael Jenkins – A service manager who leads with integrity and excellence. Mike’s communication is outstanding; he keeps me informed throughout every step of the service process, no matter how simple or complex the issue. Each of these team members has made every visit feel personal and professional. I’ve always asked for them by name, and they’ve always delivered. Don’t go to this dealer for service - they are horrible.
