Peter Akaeze was a most helpful and accommodating SA. I had no intent to buy a car - I went to the dealership this past weekend to solely gather information with comparisons against other dealership offerings during my car search. Peter patiently worked with me to find a car within my budget and without any undue pressure. Sales Manager, Robert Oates, presented me with the information I asked for with transparency and honesty (I was also armed with my Excel spreadsheet and his figures accurately matched mine). Due to my non-urgent need for a car, I was able to leisurely take my time to ruminate through other dealership quotes over the weekend; however, it was an easy determination that Passport BMW offered the best deal...even during this economic time. I returned on Monday to conclude the offered deal and surprisingly there were no changes to my previous pricing. Business Manager, Devaughn Paige, finalized my sale with clarity and efficiency. Additionally, Peggy Watson (Cashier's Office) and Cee (BMW Genius) are also included towards my positive experience. Peggy is a friendly person exuding warmth and kindness. Cee took her time to help me set up and familiarize myself with my new model car before I left the dealership.
