I would like to state that my sales experience with Passport BMW, and particularly Matt Charske, was the best I have had. I have purchased/lease 3 BMWs in the Washington DC Metro Area, and this was by Passport BMW, and particularly Matt Charske, was the best I have had. I have purchased/lease 3 BMWs in the Washington DC Metro Area, and this was by far the best experience. The staff at Passport was extremely professional and was able to conduct most of the transaction electronically (email, etc.), which made the transaction very easy for a customer like me who resides in Virginia. Once it was time to conduct the business in person at the dealership, the staff was extremely helpful and professional and the facilities super modern and spacious. By far, the best dealership and sales experience. Highly recommended! More

We didn't intend to replace our '07 until a year from now, but (no fault on the part of Passpor Just got our second 335i sedan from Passport BMW. We didn't intend to replace our '07 until a year from now, but (no fault on the part of Passport) our high-pressure fuel pump recently had to be replaced for the FOURTH time. The 07's had a problem in this area. It just so happened that we had an inordinate number of near failures. Each time, they came and got the car, brought us a BMW loaner and then drove the car back to us when the work was completed. Needless to say, the latest replacement left us shaking our heads in frustration. Sure, it was all warranty work. But, these failures are not what one expects from a $45,000 vehicle. We kindly expressed our displeasure and Passport immediately stepped up to the plate and acted on our behalf with BMW of North America to get us into an '09. While I can't discuss the details, their efforts resulted in us not having to lay out so much as an extra penny per month for the new vehicle. It was a seamless transaction and I look forward to many years of doing business with Passport BMW. Both Passport and BMWNA secured a customer for life with the way they handled this situation. It was THE best customer service experience my wife and I have EVER had. More

From the time you walk in the door you will find men and women who go out of their way to help you. I've gotten two cars from them and they have gone above and beyond to give me the best service. The entire process from start to finish was terrific. Peter and I exchanged several emails before I came in to test drive the vehicles. He was super responsive always getting back to me quickly as we discussed various options. I ended up ordering the car and he kept me informed of the build status from start to delivery. On the day of delivery all of the docs were ready when I got there. No hard sale tactics on extras, everything was very straightforward. He reviewed all of the features of the car and I never felt rushed. I had one small issue setting up my sattelite radio and he intervened with Sirius to get it straightened out immediately. This was the overall best car buying experiece I have ever had. I can't imagine why I would look at purchasing a BMW anywhere else. More

This was my first time buying a BMW. I live out of Northern VA and a recent college grad. I did a lot of research and found that this dealership had the best deals for certified pre-owned. I found the car I was looking for (2006 325xi) for a good price, but there was some scratches on the car and on the leatherette driver seat. I agreed to buying this car if all these were fixed. It took some time to fix these items, but for the inconvenience they gave me a loaner to drive. After about a week or so the work the car needed was done and it looked great. Overall, the sales rep was very friendly and kept in touch well. He knew I lived pretty far away (about an hour) so he drove the car to my work when it was finished to save me time. He did not rush me into anything, which is hard to find when purchasing a car. The owner of the dealership would also call to let me know the status of the car, which was also a nice gesture. The only thing i would advise people on when it comes to buying a certified pre-owned BMW here is that make sure you look at everything in the car. Their prices are lower than the average bmw dealership. This is because they let some minor things slide by in order to have the price lower. Be patient and do not rush when looking at all the features and test driving it. More
I bought two cars from Ed Han this year. Both times it was a pleasure. Dealing with Ed and his manager was very open and straightforward. During price negotiations, Ed never disappeared and left me waiting to "talk to his manager". Actually, when I bought the first car, I was able to talk to the sales manager himself. Both times, "running the numbers" was very open, and we reached a deal within minutes. Ed was also extremely patient with test drives and option selection. I particularly appreciated that he let me "test-drive" cars after I had bought one :) Ed is outstanding, and both him and his sales manager conduct business in a fair and open way. More
