We were having issues with the Engine light coming on in our 2009 BMW X5. We had bought the BMW in Germany through the Military program. The Engine light had come on 4 times in 4 months. Each time the Passport BMW service team helped us out tremendously, but for some reason the engine light would always come back on. After the 4th time We called George Ault (the service department manager)to see what our options were because we were getting frustrated with always having to bring the BMW in every month. George put us in contact with Ed Han to do a vehicle exchange. Ed was extremly helpful and friendly. He took the time to make sure that the BMW X5 we were exchanging for had at least everything that our old one had. I would recommend any of my friends and family to him if they are looking for a new BMW. More
My overrall buying experience at Passport BMW was great. I purchased a 2006 7 series LI. I went to the other BMW dealers in the area more than once,but BMW of Passport delivered. I stopped by Passport at the last minute while on my way home(Wed). After talking to Emile(salesperson) for a few minutes and telling him my price range( I'd done extensive research).I decided that I would come in the following saturday with my wife.I made it known to him that if he could not deliver, don't waste my time and certainly not my wife's. Emile delievered,he stayed true to his word and I'd purchased a car spending less time here than at any of the other four dealers in the area that I'd visited. Emile is a salesperson that's true to his word, he was patient and addressed any concerns that I had. Also I must mention the sales/financial manager Dave, he is a Beast! I worked with a total of three people during my buying experience, regrettfully I can't remember the name of the other gentleman who was also great during the processing of my application. I strongly recommend Passport BMW located in Marlow Heights, MD on Auth Way over the immediate BMW dealers in Metro DC area because of the professional and no nonsense service that I received. Right from the first contact with Mr. Peter Brizan, an aire of professionalism with a down-to-earth flavor was perceived. The team at Passport BMW are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Oh yes and "top shelf." Mr. Brizan is "top shelf" when it comes to handling his customers. Even after a day or two when I had questions, though minor, he was still assisted me with the same professionalism. Also, the customer service rendered by the receptionist is "top shelf." They always answer with professionalism and your call will never be forwarded leaving you in the bounce-around mode as so many other dealers do. The service team is very responsive and even with the most trivial of questions, they are always eager to serve you with the same level of professionalism as Mr. Brizan. I really believe in "selling" a product or business that I believe in, after all it's my reputation on the line as well! Yes, Passport BMW is a little further than most would travel but it's worth the drive and you won't regret it. The Sales Consultant, Ed Han, treated us with respect and plain talk. He listened to us and when asked, provied helpful information and guidance. He left this important purchase decision to us. My wife and I did our homework and we believed we were prepared for another agonizing car buying process. Ed made the process simple and stress free. His no pressure, honest approach was refreshing. He spoke intelligently to us and did not have to "See the manager" to make any pricing decisions. We received the pricing we wanted. We were extrememly happy with the negotiation process. The entire purchase process went well from initial e-mail contact with Ed until his thorough final review of our new BMW right before we left the lot. Jay Emadi, Sales Manager, was also honest and professional. He even came into work early to meet our scheduling needs. My wife and I appreciated it. The true litmus test is this... We would certainly return to Passport BMW, recommend it to family and friends, and buy another BMW from Ed. They are on our Christmas Card list. More

All of the staff is about the highest caliber I have dealt with (and I have bought many BMWs in this area). I have purchased/lease 3 BMWs in the Washington DC Metro Area, and this was by Passport BMW, and particularly Matt Charske, was the best I have had. I have purchased/lease 3 BMWs in the Washington DC Metro Area, and this was by far the best experience. The staff at Passport was extremely professional and was able to conduct most of the transaction electronically (email, etc.), which made the transaction very easy for a customer like me who resides in Virginia. Once it was time to conduct the business in person at the dealership, the staff was extremely helpful and professional and the facilities super modern and spacious. By far, the best dealership and sales experience. Highly recommended! More
Just got our second 335i sedan from Passport BMW. We Just got our second 335i sedan from Passport BMW. We didn't intend to replace our '07 until a year from now, but (no fault on the part of Passpor Just got our second 335i sedan from Passport BMW. We didn't intend to replace our '07 until a year from now, but (no fault on the part of Passport) our high-pressure fuel pump recently had to be replaced for the FOURTH time. The 07's had a problem in this area. It just so happened that we had an inordinate number of near failures. Each time, they came and got the car, brought us a BMW loaner and then drove the car back to us when the work was completed. Needless to say, the latest replacement left us shaking our heads in frustration. Sure, it was all warranty work. But, these failures are not what one expects from a $45,000 vehicle. We kindly expressed our displeasure and Passport immediately stepped up to the plate and acted on our behalf with BMW of North America to get us into an '09. While I can't discuss the details, their efforts resulted in us not having to lay out so much as an extra penny per month for the new vehicle. It was a seamless transaction and I look forward to many years of doing business with Passport BMW. Both Passport and BMWNA secured a customer for life with the way they handled this situation. It was THE best customer service experience my wife and I have EVER had. More
