Contacted Passport BMW through Carsdirect.com and Matt Charske sent me an email very quickly. The pricing was aggressive and up front. I also contacted other dealerships (much closer) and their prices were significantly more and their dealer fees were 4x what Passport charges. We discussed six cars I was interested in seeing, test drove my #1 choice and did one last look through to see choices 2 and 2A. Jay Emadi in the finance department explained my extended warranty and service options but didn't push me to purchase. The loan process was simple and relatively quick. I've been driving the car a month and my only regret is that I didn't test drive a CPO BMW in 2005 when I bought my Volvo. My best car buying experience ever...will definitely go back. More
Just purchased a 2007 used car (not a BMW) two weeks ago. The sales person said the car I purchased had a navigation system in the vehicle (had the screen and other components) but it wasn't working at the The sales person said the car I purchased had a navigation system in the vehicle (had the screen and other components) but it wasn't working at the time I drove the vehicle because the enabling code was missing. They said that only I (as the owner) would have to take the car to the appropriate manufacturers dealer to get the code, which I did. I then found the navigation system didn't work (i.e., no maps), but other parts associated with this system did function properly. I brought this to the attention of Wydell and they said that since I already purchased the car, and it was under warranty, I would have to take it to a dealer to get it checked. I was disappointed that Passport did not take care of this issue for me or for that matter, it should have been fixed before I purchased the vehicle. The sales associate has been very nice and would recommend him. He drove out to my office in VA, gave me a loaner car while they are fixing a minor paint chip on the car. However, I do believe he should have brought this to the attention of the used car sales manager, instead he said that I should contact him directly. More

They were both very helpful and did an excellent job of getting my questions answered. What really struck me about my experience here is that it was zero pressure. No one talked about money up front. No one pushed me to buy ASAP. I truly felt that Chris' only goal was to help me find the right car, and he succeeded in that. More
I travel from Germantown to Marlow Heights. There are 2 other BMW dealerships closer to me, and I find the customer service at Marlow heights far surpasses any experience I have come across at the other 2 other BMW dealerships closer to me, and I find the customer service at Marlow heights far surpasses any experience I have come across at the other 2 dealers. I will continue to take the extra miles to get the great service. Just walking in the door I am greeted with hellos from every passing employee and that alone makes a huge difference. More

I recently purchased a new BMW and had an exceptional purchase experience. My salesman was Ed Han. It was not a high pressure experience in the least. Even after my payment for the vehicle, Ed sat in it with me to go into great detail about all the features the vehicle has for an hour or more. My financee is also in the market for a vehicle, an M3, and I have strongly encouraged her to contact him for her purchase as well. We were having issues with the Engine light coming on in our 2009 BMW X5. We had bought the BMW in Germany through the Military program. The Engine light had come on 4 times in 4 months. Each time the Passport BMW service team helped us out tremendously, but for some reason the engine light would always come back on. After the 4th time We called George Ault (the service department manager)to see what our options were because we were getting frustrated with always having to bring the BMW in every month. George put us in contact with Ed Han to do a vehicle exchange. Ed was extremly helpful and friendly. He took the time to make sure that the BMW X5 we were exchanging for had at least everything that our old one had. I would recommend any of my friends and family to him if they are looking for a new BMW. More
My overrall buying experience at Passport BMW was great. I purchased a 2006 7 series LI. I went to the other BMW dealers in the area more than once,but BMW of Passport delivered. I stopped by Passport at the last minute while on my way home(Wed). After talking to Emile(salesperson) for a few minutes and telling him my price range( I'd done extensive research).I decided that I would come in the following saturday with my wife.I made it known to him that if he could not deliver, don't waste my time and certainly not my wife's. Emile delievered,he stayed true to his word and I'd purchased a car spending less time here than at any of the other four dealers in the area that I'd visited. Emile is a salesperson that's true to his word, he was patient and addressed any concerns that I had. Also I must mention the sales/financial manager Dave, he is a Beast! I worked with a total of three people during my buying experience, regrettfully I can't remember the name of the other gentleman who was also great during the processing of my application. Right from the first contact with Mr. Peter Brizan, an aire of professionalism with a down-to-earth flavor was perceived. The team at Passport BMW are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Oh yes and "top shelf." Mr. Brizan is "top shelf" when it comes to handling his customers. Even after a day or two when I had questions, though minor, he was still assisted me with the same professionalism. Also, the customer service rendered by the receptionist is "top shelf." They always answer with professionalism and your call will never be forwarded leaving you in the bounce-around mode as so many other dealers do. The service team is very responsive and even with the most trivial of questions, they are always eager to serve you with the same level of professionalism as Mr. Brizan. I really believe in "selling" a product or business that I believe in, after all it's my reputation on the line as well! Yes, Passport BMW is a little further than most would travel but it's worth the drive and you won't regret it.
