Initially upon buying my car, they were very helpful and friendly upon getting my paperwork finalized for a used car. But soon i would find out that their follow-up customer service is not as good as sales. First let me mention the numerous times that I have been out there to get little items fixed on my car. Next to my dismay I find out that the tags that I paid $240.00 was never ordered or picked up, and my tags were soon to expire. Upon going out there and calling on several occasions and receiving the run around no one seem to know why my tags was not ordered, or partically seem to be interested in finding out. I have talked to the general as well, who assured me on 3/12, that the first thing Tuesday morning someone would be going to get my tags... Well guess what today is Tuesday and I have not heard anything nor is anyone answering their phones again... They have very good customer service to get you to buy a car; however after that any complaints or concerns a customer has, I must say you are on your own. I wish someone would have told me about them before I went. More

03/18/10,I went to BMW to fix my air conditioner.It was blowing not getting cool. Ray Fry told me, freon ran out of the air conditioning.I was charged $225. I returned on 05/15/10,same reason and I was tol blowing not getting cool. Ray Fry told me, freon ran out of the air conditioning.I was charged $225. I returned on 05/15/10,same reason and I was told by Ray Fry my repairs cost $245.66.They discovered a leak in the value after the diagnostic testing. 6/21/10,I went back to BMW there was no cool in my air cond.06/22/10 Ray Fry left the following message,?Mrs. Wynn,this is Ray out here at Passport BMW David our shop technician he is actually the foreman was in here working on your car personally.There will be no labor charge or anything like that he did find from extensive testing here that one of the pressure hoses was leaking & he wants to replace the O ring & recharge with 134A & 20 ounce AC quiet.Everything parts wise comes to $315.00.Uh..there will be no labor charge accessed cause you been back in here 3 times.Uh if you could just give me a call back at 240-695-5401we will try to see if we can get this resolved & taken care of.If you have any questions, this is Ray & I can be reached at 240-695-5401.Thank you.?I called BMW, Fred Gerlinsky,told me the cost is $2,103 not $315 as previously quoted by Ray Fry.He said,he would not honor the offer that was made.07/02/10,I picked up my car and the doors would not open after pressing the button on the dash.07/03 at 9:15,I returned to Passport BMW for reconnection of the dash board.2 hours later,I got my car back & drove off,when I found the fabric around dashboard & window were not secured.I returned to BMW to get it repaired.Later that same day,I returned to BMW at 3:15 after discovering the cigarette lighter & ash tray fell onto the floor & the seat warmers both driver & passenger did not work. 07/05/10, Fred Gerlinsky called; asking to meet with him & Jay Klein. They listened to my complaint about Saturday; and told me if my complaints were just about repairs or oil change he offered me a discount of $20.00 on a $79.99 oil change, so I would pay only $59.99. More

I went to this dealership to buy a used CPO vehicle I found from the bmwusa site. They flatly refused to honor the price and jacked up the price by 4 K when i wanted to buy the vehicle. David , the CPO d found from the bmwusa site. They flatly refused to honor the price and jacked up the price by 4 K when i wanted to buy the vehicle. David , the CPO director is one of the rudest car salesman I have dealt with. I already own BMWs and Lexuses, these guys are definitely not getting my business. More
We have purchased two cars from Passport this year. Ed Han is amazingly responsive to phone and e-mail queries and very efficient in all aspects of the search/purchase process. I bought a 2009 Audi from Mehrzad whom I found friendly but ill informed and without any authority to get things done. I requested instructions to wire transfer the funds to their bank account from Canada. but ill informed and without any authority to get things done. I requested instructions to wire transfer the funds to their bank account from Canada. The instructions were incomplete. After several calls I was transferred to a general sales manager, J. Long, who was equally ill informed and argumentative. Instead of obtaining the correct wiring instructions from their bank, he argued that the instructions were complete. I called the dealership's Bank in Atlanta, GA which promptly supplied the proper wiring instructions. Mr. Long never followed up as promised. It has now been several days since they received the full price while I remain without the car or needed documentation, including Title in-spite of prior assurances by Mehrzad. I have already missed an opportunity to have the car picked up for shipping to Canada. Unless I receive Title, by Monday, I'll miss another. I'll update this review as warranted when this transaction is completed. More
