I purchased a BMW 430 Gran Coup in October 2022. My sales person, Rommell Hollins, consistently did not meet commitments made to me. The appraisal on my trade in was insulting (I sold the car elsewh My sales person, Rommell Hollins, consistently did not meet commitments made to me. The appraisal on my trade in was insulting (I sold the car elsewhere for $4K more). When I received by tags, I thought it was strange that there was not a DC Inspection sticker included, but assumed it was because the car was new and didn't require one. I should have investigated this further as I received a $50 ticket for not having one over the weekend. I contacted Rommell for assistance in tracking this down and was first told "finance should have told you to take it to be inspected in the first 30 days". The next day he told me I didn't need one. After reading the information from the DC DMV site to him, the story changed again to "we gave it to you with your tags". They refused to help me resolve this. The final straw came during our conversation when Rommell began to talk over me. I point out that is was rude to interrupt and talk over someone and Rommell said "you're not going to talk to me like that" and then hung up on me. I left a message for Joe Long (the General Manager), but received no response. I think this tells you everything you need to know about the service levels at this dealer. More

Sales Advisor: Ben Stith and his Sales Manager: "Robert" has given me a good deal if not the best deal on Saturday, April 8, 2023, with my 2021 BMW trade and the new 2023 X6 M50i XDrive that I came there for the vehicle I really wanted and not just a BMW vehicle I need to drive. Great customer service and professionalism with no game playing number deals. Knowing your product and helping your customer any way possible. This is Ben Stith and his sales manager Robert. Getting to know you and helping them earn your business is true good customer service. Thank you Ben, management and the Passport entire team of dedicated workers is the reason why I only come here now and with one phone call, that I'm on the way for a "good deal" with no valuable time wasted. Ben Stith is one of the best in the business. His knowledge of BMS's reaffirmed my decision to purchase. This is my second BMW purchase in less than a year. I traded an X7 and had intended on looking at Passport and purchasing in Annapolis. My mind was changed in minutes, and I think I've found my forever home when I decided to get a new ride.
