My first BMW purchase at Passport BMW was from a salesman named Joe Long. Everything he promised was delivered, and more. He even drove to my home to accomodate me on more than one occasion. It's no wonder why he is is general sales manager now. I have since acquired 8 BMW's from Passport for myself, wife, and daughter. I have found Greg Parker to be of the same caliber as Mr. Long. I have traved as far away as seven hours to get my cars at Passport. They place a high value on loyalty. I believe they are in business to serve their customers in an honest and fair fashion, not get their money. That's why they will always get my business. My last transaction was January 2, 2012! Nan Wong is awesome. She does not oversell or pressure, but explains the features of each car very succintly and accurately. She is also extremely helpful in every phase of the sale process, and even deliv but explains the features of each car very succintly and accurately. She is extrememly knowledgeable about the car and its complexities, and made them seem easy. I have know Nan for fifteen years and this is the sixth car I have bought from her. I went to Passport solely because of her even though it was far out of the way for me; otherwise I would have purchased through VOB BMW (where Nan used to work) which is much closer to my home. Although car salespeople are generally not among my favorite people, Nan is a very warm and genuine person, who makes the difficulties of buying an expensive vehicle much more enjoyable. In short, Nan is a consummate professional--knowledgable, trustworthy and helpful in every way. And, I should add, the dealership supported her efforts and made the process extremely tolerable. this is the 5th BMW I have bought from Passport...despite being on the wrong side of the river(I live in VA) the dealership goes out of its way to accomodate you for both the purchase and most importantly se being on the wrong side of the river(I live in VA) the dealership goes out of its way to accomodate you for both the purchase and most importantly service,from my perspective passport has the most convenient "Concierge Service" that brings a loaner BMW to wherever you are and returns your car when its done...this is genius and far and away a clear differentiator! I found a used car on Passport BMW's website on a tuesday. They hadn't received the car yet and told me that it would be available by Friday. Due to the holiday (Christmas), I couldn't get to the d tuesday. They hadn't received the car yet and told me that it would be available by Friday. Due to the holiday (Christmas), I couldn't get to the dealership until Monday. When I called on Monday, they told me that someone else was already looking at buying the car but because I had called first- I would have the first shot at buying the car. The dealership is two hours from my house so Anthony Fegans made sure the car would be available for me when I got there so I wasn't wasting a trip. Upon my arrival, Anthony walked me through the process like a professional even though he had only been with the dealership a short time. He explained everything in detail and if he didn't know the answer to a question- he made sure he found out instead of guessing and wasting my time. Anthony introduced me to the one of the finance managers and made it a point to check up on me every so often to make sure I was being taken care of and didn't need a bottle of water, coffee etc. After checking the area for the car i wanted every day for two weeks, I bought an amazing 2007 Mazdaspeed 6 from Anthony for MUCH less than the retail value. I'm definitely a satisfied customer! More

Years ago my family purchased 3 cars from Tony Gore at Passport BMW. Everything was straight forward. The deal was excellent and his service was great. I contacted the Sales Manager, Joe Long and he responded within 5 minutes and introduced me to Nan. Nan responded to me immediately. By next morning, as promised, I had an email with the various cars that met my criteria. A few emails later and I'd completed all the paperwork for my lease. Upon arriving at the dealership my car was out front, clean and ready to go. I was introduced to Joe and Nan. Nan gave me a great orientation of the car then I met with Jeff to finalize the paperwork. I was in/out in an hour -- a miracle! My experience was terrific and I'm mostly excited to know that next time I'll be going back to passport without a doubt. More
