I found a used car on Passport BMW's website on a tuesday. They hadn't received the car yet and told me that it would be available by Friday. Due to the holiday (Christmas), I couldn't get to the d tuesday. They hadn't received the car yet and told me that it would be available by Friday. Due to the holiday (Christmas), I couldn't get to the dealership until Monday. When I called on Monday, they told me that someone else was already looking at buying the car but because I had called first- I would have the first shot at buying the car. The dealership is two hours from my house so Anthony Fegans made sure the car would be available for me when I got there so I wasn't wasting a trip. Upon my arrival, Anthony walked me through the process like a professional even though he had only been with the dealership a short time. He explained everything in detail and if he didn't know the answer to a question- he made sure he found out instead of guessing and wasting my time. Anthony introduced me to the one of the finance managers and made it a point to check up on me every so often to make sure I was being taken care of and didn't need a bottle of water, coffee etc. After checking the area for the car i wanted every day for two weeks, I bought an amazing 2007 Mazdaspeed 6 from Anthony for MUCH less than the retail value. I'm definitely a satisfied customer! More

Nan Wong is awesome. She does not oversell or pressure, but explains the features of each car very succintly and accurately. She is extrememly knowledgeable about the car and its complexities, and made them seem easy. I have know Nan for fifteen years and this is the sixth car I have bought from her. I went to Passport solely because of her even though it was far out of the way for me; otherwise I would have purchased through VOB BMW (where Nan used to work) which is much closer to my home. Although car salespeople are generally not among my favorite people, Nan is a very warm and genuine person, who makes the difficulties of buying an expensive vehicle much more enjoyable. In short, Nan is a consummate professional--knowledgable, trustworthy and helpful in every way. And, I should add, the dealership supported her efforts and made the process extremely tolerable. Years ago my family purchased 3 cars from Tony Gore at Passport BMW. Everything was straight forward. The deal was excellent and his service was great. I contacted the Sales Manager, Joe Long and he responded within 5 minutes and introduced me to Nan. Nan responded to me immediately. By next morning, as promised, I had an email with the various cars that met my criteria. A few emails later and I'd completed all the paperwork for my lease. Upon arriving at the dealership my car was out front, clean and ready to go. I was introduced to Joe and Nan. Nan gave me a great orientation of the car then I met with Jeff to finalize the paperwork. I was in/out in an hour -- a miracle! My experience was terrific and I'm mostly excited to know that next time I'll be going back to passport without a doubt. More

I went into Passport BMW with the intent of purchasing my dream car. What I left with was simply that. I had also been in love with a blue 3-series sedan with beige interior. I was looking at purchasing a used car or depending on the situation even a lease-to-buy option. When I got there, I was greeted by Nan Wong, who I had known from a friend's previous purchase at VOB BMW in Rockville, Md. I had spoken to her on the phone the day before and let her know what I was interested in so she had already had a car pulled up ready for me to test drive. However, I was more interested in sitting down and seeing what was still available as far as used cars. She immediately put me in direct contact with her manager, David, the pre-owned car sales manager. Although the dealership was extremely busy from it being a Saturday and there being a James Bond movie promotion going on, he took the time to go over everything I wanted from color schemes to packages to pricing. Although I was now dealing with David in his office, Nan took the time to come back in and give me her input on the cars we were looking at. After looking at several options, I did find the car of my dreams and it turns out it was the price leader of all the pre-owned listings. They immediately pulled it up and ready to test drive. It was a 2011 Blue (ext) /Beige (int) 328i and it being a previous loaner car with only 20,000 miles on it, I got it for $30,000. Perfect !!! After I told them this was the one, I sat down with Nan to fill out some paperwork which she made extremely effortless. One of the things she had mentioned was Passport's surpassing customer service as compared to VOB BMW. This was one of the reasons she had transferred in the first place. Passport BMW will come pick you up in an always BMW loaner car and take your car into the dealership when any maintenance is required, even though I live in Herndon, Va...40 miles away !!! At VOB, they give you a rental car. I was definitely excited to hear about how they take care of their customers. After filling out the paperwork with Nan came the signing of paperwork which can usually be a very tedious endeavor. It was far from it as Jeff Steele was more than entertaining with his lively personality and more than honest with his forthright suggestions of what is best for you as a borrower. During all of the paperwork, they had taken my car back to get her all cleaned up and ready to go. It was an amazing day and one I'll always remember as being the best car purchase experience ever for me. Thanks Passport for helping to make my dreams come true. More
