I had a fantastic service experience ordering a new Z-4 for my wife. She loves it and the whole process was handled to perfection. We bought it in Dec 2012. Our sales person was Ed Han the same one we bou for my wife. She loves it and the whole process was handled to perfection. We bought it in Dec 2012. Our sales person was Ed Han the same one we bought another new Z-4 from four years earlier in 2007. I came back because of him and we will back again in another four years again. My wife only drives it roughly 3000 miles a year but she loves the new one with the navigation system and the hard top much more than the 2007 one. Well done! I was in the market for an X5 and knew the specs I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Annamarie found the car I wanted, we traded e-mails and couple of phone calls and the deal was done basically in one and the price I wanted to pay. It was a total no hassle experience vs other dealerships I had been dealing with earlier. I wish I had just gone to her in the beginning instead of dealers in the area that started off numbers that made no sense. There was one small hiccup in the delivery that had nothing to do with Passport or Annamarie but they did a great job correcting it. The follow-up service has also been great and actually look forward to see how they do when it comes to maintenance, I assume it will be pleasurable as the rest of the experience. She is definitely high recommended and if I decided to buy another car, I will be sure to go see Annamarie and Passport. More
