I had a fantastic service experience ordering a new Z-4 for my wife. She loves it and the whole process was handled to perfection. We bought it in Dec 2012. Our sales person was Ed Han the same one we bou for my wife. She loves it and the whole process was handled to perfection. We bought it in Dec 2012. Our sales person was Ed Han the same one we bought another new Z-4 from four years earlier in 2007. I came back because of him and we will back again in another four years again. My wife only drives it roughly 3000 miles a year but she loves the new one with the navigation system and the hard top much more than the 2007 one. Well done!
