We started out with the BMW dealerships close to where we live in Hampton, VA, but didn't get anywhere and pricing was always an issue. We contacted Mehrzad Ganjriz at Passport BMW through the USAA car buying service and he was very knowledgeable and accomodating. He always called or emailed, and made an excellent sugggestion about an option/package that actually saved us money. We drove up (181 miles from home) to Passport BMW, ready to order our car, Mehrzad suggested we look at 3 cars on the lot that didn't have the interior we wanted, but had pretty much everything else. He even moved the cars side by side so we could compare and see what the interior would look like. We realized the interior didn't look as good as we thought it did with the exterior we wanted. Mehrzad offered us a test drive and explained the cars features better than at the dealer we had visited at home. We were sold after the test drive and the level of customer service we experienced. There was no pressure during the transaction and we got the price our USAA service quoted. We dealt with Jeff Steele for the financial part of the transaction, and the whole process was fast, efficient, and also with great costumer service. He didn't haggle with me at all.... Though he did not have the vehicle with the upgrades that my wife and I desired... he was able to find one with almost everything that we wanted. Completed most of the paperwork prior to vehicle arrival and within 3 days it was on the lot... washed and ready to go! When they did find an acceptable car, their reactive instead of proactive approach resulted in the car going to another dealership. The worst part is, I always had to call them to find out what was going on. When that deal fell through they could only find me a more expensive care with options I didn't want and were unwilling to lower the price. Then, I contacted Passport BMW and bought the right car at a lower price in an hour. Mehrzad was great. He was proactive and made things happen. The pricing was upfront without the standard "car salesman" games I found at Annapolis BMW. The car had just what I wanted and the price was lower. I was not sure I wanted a BMW, but it was definitely one of the cars i was considering when I started shopping for a new vehicle. My wife's sales guy, Ed Han, was still with the dealer and he made the whole process very easy. He is a professional who cuts through all the crap so you can make an informed decision. This dealer was way beyond the competition in making me feel like they wanted my business. I attribute 95% of that to Ed and I hope he is still there the next time my wife and I decide to buy a new car. More

Annamarie was very attentive and listened to all my wants and concerns when it came to buying a car. She was direct, upfront, honest and genuine throughout the entire process and didn't play the typical salemanship games. Once I decided on the type of car I wanted I knew that I would buy from Passport because of the service I received from Annamarie. I was referred to Nan Wong by my HR at work, who has leased two BMW's from Nan. Nan's warmth, knowledge and customer service 'wowed' me! I am in sales, so that is not easy to do. She is amazing! Kevin Lee, the pre-owned Manager evaluated my trade-in and even with our short interaction, I was impressed by his friendliness. The last person I encountered was the Finance Manager, Javad Emadiazar, who could not have been nicer to me. The dealership is gorgeous and immaculate, and I was truly impressed. I have always been a Cadillac owner, but this experience at Passport with every person I encountered now has me switching to not just BMW, but this particular dealership and these particular people. WOW! More
