He ensured 100% customer satisfaction by continually following up with me on a daily basis to meet my wants (prior to the vehicle purchase), providing me with various vehicle options that fit my wants/needs and stayed beyond his scheduled work hours (11PM) and did not complain at all. Passport BMW made it very comfortable for me during my vehicle purchase and I would recommend them to all my family and friends!!!!!!!:) More
My wife and I stopped in as we were in the market for the new F30 platform BMW 3 series. Online reviews seemed to make it a great place to go get the info I needed and make a purchase. I will state that I am new F30 platform BMW 3 series. Online reviews seemed to make it a great place to go get the info I needed and make a purchase. I will state that I am not out to get the salesperson we spoke with in any sort of trouble, so for that reason I will not reveal their name. The salesperson was only fairly knowledgeable about the vehicle and after passing along some false information I knew that this was not the dealership I had read about. Three reasons I rate this dealership low are because of the following list: 1) The salesperson told us that the new 328i is powered by a twin-turbo motor, literally that there were two turbochargers under the hood, not the case. 2) I emailed the salesperson a day or so later with some questions, I never got a response of any sort. 3) I understand that the average BMW buyer is about 40 years of age, but being dismissive, when answering questions or waiting until after a test drive to introduce yourself because we fall well below that average is the main reason for this review. Prime example of the aforementioned is when we asked for a pamphlet or literature, we were handed a booklet for the previous 3 series generation, clearly the F30 is not the same as the E90 platform. As stated previous I am not out to burn anyone rather to relay my experience working with this dealership. This is likely not typical of this dealership, but worth noting. Because of this we went to BMW of Annapolis and purchased a new 328i, a missed opportunity for this dealership. More
I highly recommend Passport BMW and client adviser Brandon Kim. I did a considerable amount of shopping around for both of my BMW purchases and both times I chose Passport BMW. What sets this dealership apart from other dealerships in my opinion was that I never felt like I was a visitor or uncomfortable. My client adviser Brandon made me feel really welcomed at this dealership and he worked hard to earn my business. In fact, he still keeps in tough with me months after the purchase to make sure I am happy with my car. Most advisers will only talk about providing VIP service, but Brandon actually follows through with everything that he says. It was a pleasure talking with everyone there. From the managers and adviser and to the person at the coffee shop. They were friendly and treated me with respect. Never once did I feel pressured at this dealership. Not to mention the facility is pretty impressive. I recently purchased a new X5 from Passport BMW. I can honestly say that it was the most positive experience I had purchasing a vehicle thanks to my client adviser Brandon Kim, who was just amazing. More

I live in Virginia and went to two local BMW dealerships. The one in Alexandria was terrible, no one even acknowledged me or assisted me. The other one wasn't bad, but wasn't great. So I went to Passport BMW The one in Alexandria was terrible, no one even acknowledged me or assisted me. The other one wasn't bad, but wasn't great. So I went to Passport BMW in Marlow Heights, MD. As soon as I walked up I was greeted professionally and in a courteous manor. I took a couple of test drives and then bought a car. I related well with my salesperson and she was very enjoyable to work with. I plan to go to Passport BMW for my future needs, even though it is farther away from my home than other BMW dealers. It is amazing what a little customer service will do. More
The worst service I have ever received. I was charged for services I did not authorized. The service department is very unprofessional, they do not return your calls.
