Brandon was excellent and knew the vehicle inside and out. He answered all our questions and was completely open to giving us all vehicle history and confirming our view that the price was spot on. I highly recommend Brandon and Passport BMW for anyone in the market for a new or used car. We will certainly be going back for all our BMW needs. More

I purchased my first BMW from Passport in May 2002, an new 330i. The salesman wasn't the most friendly person I'd ever met, but the service on the vehicle throughout the warranty period and beyond was goo new 330i. In February 2013, after 245,000 miles and 11 years, I was finally ready to purchase another car. I test drove a Lexus but nothing drives like a BMW. This time I did not want to purchase a new car, so I researched several dealers until I found 2 cars that I was interested in--1 at Passport and 1 at another dealer. I had a great experience with Brandon Kim at Passport (I purposely did not request the salesman I had in 2002)--he was very friendly, has a great personality, and meticulously followed up to be sure he answered all of my questions. The customer service I received at the other dealer wasn't very good, so I made a second trip to Passport. Not only did Brandon take me on another test drive, he drove the car himself to show me how well it handles. Even after I purchased the car (a 2010 335xi), Brandon still followed up to be sure I was satisfied and to coordinate between the business manager (who was also very patient) and myself when I had a few more questions about warranty options. I don't plan to wait 11 years again to purchase another car, and I will definitely ask for Brandon when the time comes! Joyce More
Mehrzad Ganjriz was very helpful during the research and sales process for my pre-owned BMW M3. When the car first appeared on the Passport BMW website, there were no pictures associated with it. Mehrzad volunteered to take pictures of the car and email them to me. A little extra effort that was not required, but appreciated. During the negotiation and eventual sale of the BMW, Mehrzad was very thorough describing the features and operation of the car, reviewing its service history, and answering any and all questions that I had. I am pleased with my purchase and satisfied with the quality of sales service provided by Mehrzad and the rest of the staff at Passport BMW. More
I am very pleased with the experience I had when purchasing my new 2013 M5 from Passport BMW. This is my third new BMW I have purchased from Passport BMW. From negotiations with Annamarie and Joe Lo purchasing my new 2013 M5 from Passport BMW. This is my third new BMW I have purchased from Passport BMW. From negotiations with Annamarie and Joe Long down to the final delivery the Passport team was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I ordered my new car to the exact specs the way I liked. During the build process Annamarie Pistone communicated very well and kept me informed on the progress of the car. The car was delivered ahead of schedule and when I went to the dealer the car was upfront in the parking lot, perfectly clean and ready for delivery. The entire process took very little time and I was treated very well by Annamarie and Marko in the business office. I truly enjoyed the buying experience and could not be happier with my new M5 from Passport. When the time comes for a 4th BMW I will surely contact Annamarie for that vehicle! Overall I rate this dealership 5 out of 5 stars, just a great dealership that knows the business well and how to treat a valued customer! This was my first BMW purchase experience. The folks at Passport BMW, especially my salesperson Mehrzad, went above and beyond the normal customer service to make the entire experience a pleasant one. As Passport BMW, especially my salesperson Mehrzad, went above and beyond the normal customer service to make the entire experience a pleasant one. As an example of their customer service, on the day of my purchase I decided to add on a special coating for the interior/exterior for my new 535 xDrive. As it was a Saturday, they recommended that I come back during the week. To minimize the inconvenience, Mehrzad came to my house - picked up my car - and returned it back to my house a few hours later with the service completed. I would highly recommend BMW Passport to any of my colleagues, friends, and family. More
On December 27, 2012, after an initial online contact, I visited Passport BMW to view a vehicle that had been featured on the dealer's internet website. I met with Mehrzad Ganjriz, who had arranged for the X3 SAV I preferred to be brought inside (as it was very cold that evening) in order to view and explain its many features. Mr. Ganjriz took the time to review the vehicle and then took me for a test drive. We discussed the price and the promotions being offered at the time, as well as the trade-in allowance for my current vehicle, and I made the decision that it was a great deal. I drove home in my new X3 that evening! The next day, I brought the title in for my old vehicle and met again with Mr. Ganjriz, who further explained and demonstrated the many technical aspects of my new car. I was very pleased with my new X3, as well as my experience at Passport BMW. I look forward to a good relationship with Passport's service department during the upcoming years. More
