My vehicle was immediately logged in and taken for service. I was promised a two hour work period and indeed, in two hours my vehicle was returned to me ready and pristine. From the service advisor to the cashier to the valet I felt like I was their only customer. But why am I surprised? I am always treated well at Passport BMW! I just love those folks. Dr. Les More

I'm typically just bringing it in for regular service appointments, but I'm always amazed at the thorough checkup it receives each time and any minor concerns are always identified and addressed. Anything that needs to be handled is always explained to me thoroughly. Mr. Jenkins has a great personality and always provides service with a great attitude and the utmost professionalism. He understands and values my time and quickly gets results which is really appreciated and makes my visits to Passport pleasant. More

Ray took my car and made sure I was given a nice courtesy vehicle to use while my car was being worked on. I appreciate Mr. Frye and his openness about what he is able to do to help his customers. He is a champion for the people - I mean customer :) I don't necessarily like spending money of car repairs, but working with Ray makes the experience a little less painful :) More

The staff was excellent and went overboard to accommodate my husband and I. Our salesman, Nana A. Prempeh was the BEST! After searching for a car for many months, test driving every kind of SUV out there and praying about a decision, I never had peace from the Lord about making a purchase. I got an email from Cargurus about a BMW at Passport, so I sent an inquiry and schedule a time to stop by to see it. We were greeted by Robert Oates who I had emailed with a few times in reference to the car and then introduced to Nana. We chatted a bit and then took the car for a drive. I started to feel like may be, finally, I was going to buy a new car. As a Christian, I felt the Lord put all the pieces into place and after a night of prayer, I knew that car, this dealership, and Nana were all part of my new car! FYI....I had driven the X3 and X5 at another dealership prior and to be honest, never really thought I would end up buying one! I love my new car and I am so thankful the Lord provided a way for this to all come together!!!!! More

Car salesman Peter Akeze is GREAT!! and Jeff Steele is the Man!!! My husband & I have gotten all 4 of our BMWs from this BMW Center and each experience has been a great one. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a BMW with the most professional and caring personal that I have ever worked with when it comes time to purchasing a car. The Center is very clean & they make it comfortable for you while you wait for service. when I went out initially looking for a car I wasn't looking for a BMW, but glad I did wander into that parking lot and got my 1st BMW with them. I don't think anywhere else can beat their service, class and professionalism. Thank you Passport BMW! More

After a computer chat a time to test drive was established and I was greeted at the door by a sales rep who took me inside and explained their customer process . My wife an I were treated like long time customers and all of our questions were answered completely. After trade in and fees tax, tags title etc. We reached a final purchase price that both the dealer and we could be comfortable with. At 66 years of age I have bought quite a few cars in my day and can say I have been treated as well (over seas Benz) but never better. We have already given favorable reviews to several friends and hope to send them more business in the future. More
Worst experience Stay away from this place , I went in for a airbag light and came out with a broken hood,windshield, light and it's not their fault, really ? Refused to pay for all the damages done in their hands.the Manager is a piece of xxxx, apparently it's my fault because I trusted their employees my car and regret the minute i decided to go, I really hope karma gets to you soon More
