After a long weekend of car shopping and dealerships making false advertising of their prices,then once you're ready to make a deal the price is jack After a long weekend of car shopping and dealerships making false advertising of their prices,then once you're ready to make a deal the price is jacked up I became very drained and lost hope on getting the car I wanted for the price I wanted to spend. Once I saw the car I wanted online at BMW passport,I immediately had doubts , but I said let me give it a try. I contacted Al at BMW passport and he told me to come on in. Once I arrived he welcomed me at the door with keys in hand. We test drove the car , and I instantly knew this was the one for me. Al, made sure that I got the car for the exact price it was listed for with NO hidden fees. I was very pleased that him nor his team didn't try to hassle or pressure me finance through them. Al, respected the fact that I had already been pre- approved through my credit union (unlike other dealerships who Wants to promote their own in house finance and promise you they can get you a lower rate then the credit union if you go through them) . Al, was very tentative to all my concerns and questions like providing me the carfax, warranty and giving me my Trucar discount . I also appreciate that I was the only one he was working with ( I hate when a salesman has more then one client at a time trying to make several deals at once ). When I'm ready to purchase a car I'm going back to my buddy Al. More

Al was extremely knowledgeable about the various vehicles I was looking at and was genuinely interested in finding the perfect car for me, rather than trying to steer me towards more expensive options. Never did I feel pressured into making a decision and the process was hassle-free. I couldn't be more pleased with the car I chose and am thankful to Al and the entire passport team. Great Service and warranty work Brought my car in because of a unusual sound coming from the transmission. A quick test drive with the service folks confirmed the noise.
