I have been a customer at Passport since I started bringing my fist BMW to Passport for servicing. The experiences have been better than the dealer visits that I have experienced from out dealerships. My current encounter with Passport did not cloud my perception of the way I felt about them. I began this journey Saturday 09/09/17, I first met with salesperson JC Thomas who helped me find a car that I would proud to own. Even though he was about to leave for vacation he left me in the hands of Edward ???, who made for a smooth transition, he also was a great source of information, thus the next hand off to Al Meer, a very even tempered sales person, that killed the stereotypical reputation of the so called "used car salesman". He had a calming effect in what was building to become a tense situation. I appreciate that he was there every step of the way, with his words of encouragement and knowledge of the selected vehicle of choice. With customer contact personnel such as Al Meer I can see Passport continuing to expand it's footprint in The DMV and beyond. More

Great purchase experience for a pre-owned vehicle Great service from start to finish! Peter was the agent we spoke with to confirm availability of the Toyota Tacoma truck we wanted to see. We also wanted to confirm the vehicle did not smell like cigarette smoke & he went out to the lot to check it out and called us back to confirm. We drove 2.5 hours to see the truck and it was at the front door when we arrived - Peter was at the front desk waiting for us to arrive as well. After a test drive, we decided to move forward with the purchase and received a fair trade in for our KIA. We decided to go with our local bank for funding as they offered a better rate than Passport however the finance contact was great to work with and did not give us any pressure to use their services. More
Stranded in Maryland!!! We were traveling to Maryland from NC and had car trouble at the perfect exit!! From the moment we "limped" into the service bay we were treated like friends!!! It was a very stressful situation coming off the interstate and they welcomed us and helped solve the problem !! Our trip was wonderful and this could have ruined the entire weekend!! Thank you very much!!! More

Al was very patient with us and allowed us to consider all of our options when choosing our Certified Pre-Owned BWM. He wanted to make sure that we got the right car for us. What continued to amaze us was the care we've received after we 'signed on the dotted line'. Al has reached out to make sure we are still pleased with the car. And, one of Passport's geniuses has reached out to meet with us to go over all of the features in the car. This was our first BMW purchase, but it won't be our last. When we are ready to replace my husband's car in a few years, we will be back at Passport and back looking for Al. Vycki More
