While the majority of the staff there provided satisfactory customer service, Al was simply outstanding. Where some dealers will try and guide you into purchasing any car for their benefit, Al went out of his way to understand exactly what I wanted in a first car. I told him my budget and he gave me what I believed to be one of this best deals for the cars on the lot. Al was extremely honest and accommodating. We drove one car and the second I had my doubts he told me to forget about it, ultimately leading me to the car I ended up purchasing. One notable thing from this exchange that was extremely comforting was Al's vast knowledge of BMW's, which he has been driving for over 30 years. I am more than satisfied with my new car and the outstanding professionalism displayed by Al throughout this process. I was met by Al Meer who was super helpful, brought out one I was interested in for a test drive, and then showed me every other one in every color available because I was undecided and wanted to make sure I picked the right one. Boy did I! I got the most loaded one they had and it's just great! Al stayed with me the whole time to make sure I knew knew the basics of the nav and driver assist systems, and that was a lot of time. Everyone was super helpful, and have followed up on the purchase. I'm enjoying learning all the bells and whistles and looking forward to meeting with the BMW Genius. More

Great Experience I drove 4 hours to work with Al and the Passport team, the experience I had was top notch. I located the car online and inquired about it, within 5 mi I drove 4 hours to work with Al and the Passport team, the experience I had was top notch. I located the car online and inquired about it, within 5 minutes of inquiry Al gave me a call and went over all the details of the vehicle as well as answering all the many questions I had. when I arrived at Passport Al met me at the front door, offered me food and coffee after my 4 hour trip. He showed me the vehicle, went over all the details and then went for the test drive at which point I fell immediately in love with the 230xi. There were plenty of unique vehicles to look at while waiting for financing and the appraisal (which came back at a very fair offer) to be complete. Also during this wait Max, the BMW genius went over more in depth all the features of my new car and gave me his phone number if I had any further questions. I had a great experience and would definitely visit Al again for another BMW. To top it off Al even called to check how the car rode and the trip home went later that night. Thank you Al for making this experience so seamless and enjoyable. More
