I was met by Al Meer who was super helpful, brought out one I was interested in for a test drive, and then showed me every other one in every color available because I was undecided and wanted to make sure I picked the right one. Boy did I! I got the most loaded one they had and it's just great! Al stayed with me the whole time to make sure I knew knew the basics of the nav and driver assist systems, and that was a lot of time. Everyone was super helpful, and have followed up on the purchase. I'm enjoying learning all the bells and whistles and looking forward to meeting with the BMW Genius. More

Great Experience I drove 4 hours to work with Al and the Passport team, the experience I had was top notch. I located the car online and inquired about it, within 5 mi I drove 4 hours to work with Al and the Passport team, the experience I had was top notch. I located the car online and inquired about it, within 5 minutes of inquiry Al gave me a call and went over all the details of the vehicle as well as answering all the many questions I had. when I arrived at Passport Al met me at the front door, offered me food and coffee after my 4 hour trip. He showed me the vehicle, went over all the details and then went for the test drive at which point I fell immediately in love with the 230xi. There were plenty of unique vehicles to look at while waiting for financing and the appraisal (which came back at a very fair offer) to be complete. Also during this wait Max, the BMW genius went over more in depth all the features of my new car and gave me his phone number if I had any further questions. I had a great experience and would definitely visit Al again for another BMW. To top it off Al even called to check how the car rode and the trip home went later that night. Thank you Al for making this experience so seamless and enjoyable. More

I purchased a certified 2014 X-3 I could not have been treated better if the car were new. Yesterday was the first service visit; What a treat. There was regular phone contact from the dealership, both of the ladies I dealt with were polite, professional and most pleasant to deal with. Service was completed the same day and my car was returned early in the afternoon. What a nice experience! More

Fortunately, since it was Certified Pre-Owned, I got a I have owned a BMW 328i since 1998 and recently purchased a manual BMW 328xi a few years back. Fortunately, since it was Certified Pre-Owned, I got a 100,000 mile warranty, and the car only had 34,000 miles to start. I have been working with Michael Jenkins, in the service department. This dude is one of the nicest and most helpful team members at BMW Service Center. He's always pleasant on the phone and invariably goes out of his way to make sure to provide me with BMW's valet service, which is where they bring you a loaner and take your car for service. Upon completion of the service, they bring it back to you and take back the loaner. How convenient is that?! Anyway, I work in National Harbor, MD much of the week, so I try and schedule my service appointments when I there so it is easier for the drivers, as National Harbor is only 10 minutes from the BMW dealership. However, even when I had to work at my other office which is 45 minutes away, Michael told me that it is absolutely no problem, and had someone drive all the way out there to get my car and provide me with a loaner. As you may already be able to gather, I highly recommend that you get your car from Passport BMW. Since this is about BMW service, I won't go into detail about my experience with buying a BMW, but if you're buying a new car, Teric is a good guy. More
