I highly recommend Nana Prempeh at Passport BMW. He made buying my 2020 X3 a very pleasant and easy experience. When I called and asked about the X3 that didn't even have pictures uploaded yet, Na He made buying my 2020 X3 a very pleasant and easy experience. When I called and asked about the X3 that didn't even have pictures uploaded yet, Nana asked if I wanted him to take pictures and email to me. This was late on a Saturday before they were getting ready to close, yet he took the time to take the pictures. He stayed in communication via text over the next day letting me know the car would be ready for our appointment and he was waiting for me upon my arrival. The buying process was quite smooth, except for a bit of a backup while waiting for Finance Department on the delivery date, even though we had our financing secured through our own bank. This was a small inconvenience and was probably due to the great deals Passport offers so there were others waiting to close in front of us. In Finance, we were offered maintenance plans without high pressure tactics, which was appreciated. Nana made sure the car was spotless, had a tank of gas and made us feel like valued customers. I highly recommend him! More

Very poor customer service especially the finance department. I have great credit and told me I had special financing thru the dealership, I signed papers, then they said the car I bought didn’t qua department. I have great credit and told me I had special financing thru the dealership, I signed papers, then they said the car I bought didn’t qualify, so they denied the loan I got financing thru my bank, and it still took over a week for them to get back with me too complete the deal. They ordered me new tags instead of just transferring my old tags and didn’t have the new tags sent to my house and wanted me to drive two hours from where I live to pick them up at the dealership. Poor customer service. I could go on, but I won’t More
