It was just too easy! Al was fantastic! After having numerous bad experiences with vehicles not being as good as was advertised, I called Passport about a used BMW X5 that Al was fantastic! After having numerous bad experiences with vehicles not being as good as was advertised, I called Passport about a used BMW X5 that I had seen online. I thought it was too far to drive. I was immediately transferred to Al and he was happy to discuss the vehicle and listen to me explain my criteria. Skeptical, I made an appointment and drove to see it the next day. I am so glad that I did. The dealership was closer and easier to find than I had expected. The vehicle was a super find, at a fair price despite lots of upgrades, and exactly as advertised. The general manager offered me a great price for my trade-in without any haggling. Al explained the BMW financing options, which were better than my credit union was offering. I wanted to think about it overnight (confer with my husband ;)). We returned, bought the car, and have no regrets. Next time, I will start with Al Meer and Passport BMW! More

Passport is fantastic 08 535xi has had some engine malfunction codes. We bought this used car from passport a few years ago and car has been great until.... Passport fixed 08 535xi has had some engine malfunction codes. We bought this used car from passport a few years ago and car has been great until.... Passport fixed problem but only for code to come up again. Called Jennifer and took car back in, while this is expensive and frustrating, the dealership and Jennifer have stood behind their workmanship. They have done everything they can to get car back to normal and so far so good! If we buy BMW again, we will go to Passport! Ed More

While the majority of the staff there provided satisfactory customer service, Al was simply outstanding. Where some dealers will try and guide you into purchasing any car for their benefit, Al went out of his way to understand exactly what I wanted in a first car. I told him my budget and he gave me what I believed to be one of this best deals for the cars on the lot. Al was extremely honest and accommodating. We drove one car and the second I had my doubts he told me to forget about it, ultimately leading me to the car I ended up purchasing. One notable thing from this exchange that was extremely comforting was Al's vast knowledge of BMW's, which he has been driving for over 30 years. I am more than satisfied with my new car and the outstanding professionalism displayed by Al throughout this process.
