Passport BMW Pickup Service is s Scam!!! Passport BMW service dept is a joke. Somebody called me and claims that my car is due for service and picked up my car on Monday. I found out later Passport BMW service dept is a joke. Somebody called me and claims that my car is due for service and picked up my car on Monday. I found out later that they called me by mistake and that the service for my car was not due. My Advisor told me he was going to clean the interior of my car and also refill my gas and rotate my tires as a way to reimburse the mistake. I just got my car back Wednesday morning and nothing was done. The interior was still dirty and the gas was not refilled and the worst is that the service ticket shows "Rotate and Balance Tires" but I know for a fact that this was also not done. I have markings on my tires and rims so I can easily track if tires are rotated. I've called in to my advisor and was told that I'll be getting a callback from the he Service Manager (Pan Telin). Just received the call from Pan Telin and he was no help at all to resolve the issue. This guy has no communication skills and acted like he's too good to deal with my issues. I have to assume that he's related to the owner because he is definitely not the right person to manage the service department. In a nutshell, Passport BMW took my car for two days and made me pay for the gas and ran up more than 100 miles and lied about doing work that they did not do and refuse to take any responsibilities. Passport BMW Pickup service is a scam and it's not worth the time. I will never allow them to touch my car again...... More
My best car-buying experience ever I was referred to this dealership by United Airlines premium member discount program. I was contacted by phone right I've left my phone number online, first by a sales manager, and then within 5 minutes by a sales associate Milorad. After I've explained to him the specific requirements for the car we were looking for, he sent me several web links to 2018 and 2017 new models, as well as 2017 low-mileage certified cars (loaners). The deals were quite attractive, so the next day we decided to visit the dealership. The car of our choice was ready in front of the building, we test-drove it, and closed the deal within a coupe of hours. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was no annoying sales pressure, and we've purchased exactly what we needed. In summary, no-hassle experience, a great price, and excellent terms on auto loan. Cannot even say what could be improved. Will come back again, and will recommend to friends. More
Excellent experience with Al Meer I walked onto the dealership lot and was refeeshingly met with a salesman named Al Meer. He just wanted to know if I had been helped. This was the first time I had been on a lot where a salesman was not pushy. He was so respectful of me as a person not less a buyer. That made me want to look at vehicles with him. We looked at the X3 and the differences between the 2018 and the 2015 model. They changed it slightly but he didn't try to sell me anything. I wanted to look at the 2015 so that's what we did. I test drove it and wanted to do a deal with him. Al was not forceful or agreaaivd at all. Bottom line we got the deal done with him and his team and the 2015 X3 is sitting in my driveway. If you need a BMW go to Passport and ask for Al. More

Immediately upon entering the show room, I was pleasantly met by Al Meer. He brought me back to his desk and offered me coffee while we discussed the vehicle. He explained and walk me thru each step of the sales process. He even personally walked me out to my vehicle when it was delivered to me. Each subsequent week after the purchase of my vehicle, Al checked in on me to ensure that everything was going well with my new vehicle. I visited other BMW dealerships in the DC area, and Passport is by far the best when it comes to selection and service. I plan on being a long-time repeat customer. More

The reason is because as soon as I walk into the showroom everyone from the sales manager, to the service staff, to the ladies who take your payment know not only my name, but what kind of car I have... and have had. I’m one of those people who have lots of questions, and no one has ever made me feel like a pain. (And I am one) You can tell from the demeanor of the staff, they enjoy working and Passport BMW and that makes all the difference in the world. More

To begin, I purchased my BMW from the store in Annapolis a couple years ago and was going there for all warranty and service related issues. I didn't go to Passport because when I was younger I had a bad experience in the store where I wasn't taken seriously and no one wanted to assist me in my purchase. I was a young woman about 23 and had a small child with me and perhaps they made some sort of pre-judgement on me. However, the last time I went to Annapolis BMW I felt the customer service was severely lacking and they didn't explain the situation to me which left me vowing to never return. After being notified that there was a recall on a part having to do with my fuel tank - I called Annapolis first - they didn't have the part, said they would order it for me, and give me a call...needless to say I'm still waiting on that call. I called Passport and not only did they have the part I needed, they informed me I can come at any time. I will say when they initially fixed the problem I had to return to the shop 10 minutes later cause apparently some part of the fuel tank was not fully secure and was leaking gas everywhere. However, when I returned back to the shop they were extremely apologetic and gave me a very nice loaner so that I didn't have to wait around the shop any longer. Long story short - EVERYONE I came into contact with that day was very pleasant and greeted me like a valued customer! I was extremely happy and pleasantly surprised at how professional and organized they were. This is all we want as consumers - for those we are spending our time and money with to act like they care and want to help us feel valued. I will definitely be going back to purchase my next BMW without a doubt! More

Having a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with approximately $19,000 worth of negative equity, I wasn't optimistic that 1. I could find a vehicle that I could afford, and 2. If I was able to afford the monthly payment, it wouldn't be a smart financial decision. Long story short, Al and his team made it work! And not only did they make it work, but I got an extremely competitive interest rate, with an excellent warranty package, a monthly payment I could afford, in the vehicle I truly wanted.
