Wouldn't recommend. Long story short I'm out of state and had a lease lined up at the end of December. Being that it was months end I was told the only way I can close th Long story short I'm out of state and had a lease lined up at the end of December. Being that it was months end I was told the only way I can close that month instead of a book & return is to fly in (which I couldn't do on the holiday.) I was then told I'd get a call January 3rd which I haven't received and my deal would stand if the programs stayed the same (which they did, I already confirmed.) Would've rather have been told that they didn't want to do the deal and that would've saved me a lot of time. More
