Exceptional service manager/Excellent service I had some serious issues with my 6 year old BMW-X3. Mr Michael Jenkins, the Service Manager, walked me thru the issues, how to prioritize what repair I had some serious issues with my 6 year old BMW-X3. Mr Michael Jenkins, the Service Manager, walked me thru the issues, how to prioritize what repairs to take care of first, found rebates to help drive down the costs, he spoke directly to the extended warranty representative, kept me posted on the repairs and followed up 24 hours after my car was returned 5 days later. I went from feeling intimidated and hopeless to fully empowered to make the right decision for my car and budget. Thank you! More
SCHEDULED SERVICE AND REPAIR I brought our car in for service and a minor repair early in the morning. After asking a few pertinent questions, he explained what would be done to the car regarding scheduled maintenance. Kristan gave me his cell phone contact info in case I had any questions while I was waiting for the car. All of the work was completed in a timely fashion and Michael sent a text message when the work was completed. He met me with the paperwork and reviewed what was done to carry out the repair of the problem with the car. I found him to be very knowledgeable and a very good listener. More
20 years of servicing my 1998 BMW 318ti I bought my BMW 318ti in 1998 from Passport Auto. Obviously, with a 20 year old car things are going to break down as they have run their life span. A week ago when I turned my key to start my car the ignition switch gave out. I needed to get to work but couldn’t leave the car as this needed to det to passport asap. I called my maintenance representative Keith Renner and explained my dilemma. He recommended a towing service and told me he would have a loaner car for me so I could get to work. Within an hour I was towed and Keith as promised had me in a loaner car and I was off to work. Collision center, great customer service! I was in an accident, and was told it would take 2 days to repair the car. It was repaired withing the two days and I was updated both days they had the vehicle. When they were done, I went to them and paid for the service, but could not stay. Ryan brought the car to me, as I live in the local area close to the dealership. The car looks like new and I am pleasantly surprised at how well it looks. I have ordered parts from Passport for my car, but this was the first time for collision repairs. The employees are courteous and professional. I could not ask for anything more. More
