Michael D. Jenkins was outstanding! I bought my BMW M3 into Passport due to a CEL, this was my first time visiting this dealership. Michael D. Jenkins greeted me at the service center an I bought my BMW M3 into Passport due to a CEL, this was my first time visiting this dealership. Michael D. Jenkins greeted me at the service center and pulled me to his station. I told him my issues and took care of the rest. My car was ready the next day. After picking up my car a day or two later I noticed a dent in my bumper. I picked up the phone and called Micheal to tell him they damaged my car. He explained the way they park the cars it was less likely to happen there but he never said it was not possible. He offered to come to my home to look at the car (That's crazy service!). He also told me that he would look at the cameras to see if he could see anything. Well, the next day I drove there for him to look at the car he took some photos and told me he would keep in touch. Later that evening he sends me an email showing that the damage was there when I first brought the car in for service. So they did not damage the car, it was damaged somewhere else. I just ordered the best dash cam with front and rear views. I will be taking my car back to this dealer again just for the service. More
