But that being said, the time I spent at Passport BMW assessing and buying my CPO BMW 535i was time well spent. Starting with my salesperson/client advisor-I felt Teric Khairzada was sincerely interested in helping me find the car I wanted and needed, rather than trying to move a car he had interest in getting off the lot. His help in understanding what would meet my needs was invaluable-in retrospect I might have chosen something I wouldn't have been happy with a few months from now. I then dealt with Jeff Steel, the business/finance officer. He streamlined the process of finding the right loan, getting me a lower than expected interest rate, and helping me understand the various service plans. It was all rolled into one affordable monthly loan payment that turned out to be slightly better than what I was paying on my trading. I enjoyed the time I spent with them, both socializing and getting business done. Its a good dealership that are represented by gentlemen of this calibre. More

Best service BMW dealership! I just recently moved to Maryland. I have a BMW 550i. One morning I saw a warning message says I need to add more motor oil to my engine. So I go to t I just recently moved to Maryland. I have a BMW 550i. One morning I saw a warning message says I need to add more motor oil to my engine. So I go to this BMW dealership on the way back home for them to check what's going on with my vheicle. The service person Stanisclaus, Kristan. gave me a free quart of oil and put it in the engine and schedule me a free loaner car and want me to come back for a engine check. Later he told me this car is under a re-call. The BMW will pay for all the repair regarding to the re-call and there are also some other repairs I should take care of while they perform the re-call so I can save the labor. It was during the government shut down so I am tie with the money. Kristan talked to his boss and cut me the repair bill in half. The quote was about $2,000 something and I end up paid $1,116. He took his time and explained every detail to me on what I should repair and what will cost more to fix later. He is the best! I really appreciated all the help he did for me. From now on I will only go to this dealership for all my repair. This dealership is highly recommend from me. More

Cooperative Service tech adviced I buy a $2,500 maintenance warranty because I would need brakes n rotors in about 4000 miles. The warranty would pay for itself with the service. After leaving the dealership I checked the service info it now says, service in 50,000. I took the vehicle back in to Passport and that same tech claims he never told that I would need brakes. The warranty will expire before it will need brakes. I was contacted by the Service Manager who was extremely cooperative and professional. After he conducted an investigation, he offered me a few opinions. He addressed my concerns. I appreciate his professionalism and thought it fair that I revisit my review. My warranty is going to be honored and I will continue to do business with Passport. More
