I had been obsessed with the Estoril Blue Metallic since about a year into my lease and once it was time to get into a new car, I started my search. It took a month lease extension to do and I could not be happier with the car and the service. I found the car online (I had to expand my search pretty far looking for said ‘perfect car’), and made an online inquiry. Ali contacted me almost immediately and we set up a time to speak on the phone. I got right down to business since it was going to be a 3 hour car ride one way to pick up this car. He was very prompt with responding to text inquiries and I always felt like a priority. Between him, his manager, and I, we were able to work out a lot of details so that when I came in, there wasn’t that much left to do. This is my 5th car and I have never had such a pleasant straight forward experience. Ali and his team are top notch and I’m very pleased to have purchased the exact car I wanted from such a solid sales guy. He wants to make sure that he sells you YOUR car, not just any car. It was like a breath of fresh air amidst the other dealers who didn’t really follow up, even when you told them to reach out if anything in that color came in. Arriving to pick up my car and drop off my lease (which they were so gracious to accept and set up the return), my car was cleaned inside and out just waiting to be taken to her new home. They made sure I was settled and comfortable while I was signing all the paperwork, and even though I had a BMW previously, still had one of their Gurus got through the iDrive technology and point out what was new. I left there so excited to finally have the car I wanted, all due to Ali’s diligence and attention. I could not be happier with my experience.
