I just purchased another BMW from Passport BMW and the experience was fantastic. I was in the market for another vehicle and mentioned my specific requirements to Barry V during my purchase of an X3. He called me back about two weeks later and said they had found a vehicle meeting my criteria. They made the process simple. I traveled back to Maryland to view the vehicle and sign the paperwork. Once again the service was excellent. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking to purchase. I again had the vehicle transported by All4Transport. Great service. I will be contacting Barry again in the spring. If you need a BMW consider Passport first. You won’t be sorry. More

Car presented well online and in person Saw a 2016 BMW 428i grand coupe on Passport’s website on 8/18/19. On 8/19/19, drove the 2 hour trip from Pennsylvania to the dealership. Car looked a Saw a 2016 BMW 428i grand coupe on Passport’s website on 8/18/19. On 8/19/19, drove the 2 hour trip from Pennsylvania to the dealership. Car looked as good in person (maybe better😊) as online and was priced to sell. Given fair price for my trade and drove off later the same day with temporary MD tag, MD registration, and MD inspection in tow. The dealership coordinated the new PA plate and PA registration transfer which I just received a week ago. And, my car is now PA inspected without issue. An involved transaction. The worst experience ever! On 10/2/19 at approximately 7:05pm, my mother and I walked in to tour and test drive an SUV that I was interested in and was prepared to purchase that night. It’s too bad that apparently we were invisible because NO ONE GREETED US OR ACKNOWLEDGED US THE ENTIRE TIME! There were reps just a few steps away who were doing nothing of course who saw us and said nothing the entire ten mins we were walking around the show room. We then went outside to find vehicles ourselves and no one came and acknowledged us yet again. By then, I had already made up my mind that I wasn’t purchasing from this location or brand but was curious to see if the blatantly lazy and rude reps would prove me wrong and they didn’t. The experience here was extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. Everyone there that evening needs customer service and etiquette training. Is this the BMW way? To train your reps to be rude, lazy and let money walk out of the door? Things happen for a reason I guess because I was at the Benz dealership the next morning and drove off in my 2020 SUV. Do better BMW of Suitland. You all deserve ZERO stars. More
