To start I am not a review person so this is out of my comfort zone, but service was so amazing I will make that leap for them! From the second we walked in to Passport everything hits us the sound of music, the happy/friendly people greeting us, the fresh smell (not the stuffy traditional showroom smell), and the beautiful showroom itself. This was an extremely well run business worried about the customer experience. After meeting Nana, you will instantly know, as we did, why he is thought so highly of by other reviewers since as his desk says, when you are in his office "you are family". His thoughtfulness and lack of typical salesman pressure made buying a car very easy for us and helped us have a good experience. As parents of young children, buying a car usually is an awful experience where one parent is stressed wrangling kids and the other watches while trying to help and do paperwork simultaneously. Nana had some tricks up his sleeves to make tings easier and was able to provide some relief to keep our kids at bay while we completed the process. To illustrate this, after picking out a car, he gave us a voucher for the cafe so that my wife could take our kids get some food and cookies to occupy their time, many dealerships have vending machines or bottled water, but this was next level service. Another example, after eating and right before we went to sign papers Nana told my kids that if they were good they could pick any little toy they wanted from the BMW boutique (a pair of matching teddy bears was the ticket for them) so they happily walked with my wife to look at all of the things in the store while I handled papers. These two very small, but simple gestures helped to relieve a lot of stress for us as parents and really helped my kids enjoy going to the "car store". I know I have said it already, but this really is a good dealership and I would even say one of the best run businesses I have been into period.
