Kevin called me and ensured me that they had the car on their lot. When my fiance and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Kevin and he said he would be right with us. Once the process got going, it was easy sailing from there. He allowed my fiance to test drive the car on the highway and not just the road to get the full experience. We came back and was out in 2 1/2 hours tops. Most times at a car dealership it takes forever, not here. If you're looking for a bimmer that's certified pre-owned then this is your place. Post sales support is not good I purchased a car and an extended warranty and had 30 days to cancel without a fee. The day after the purchase I decided I did not want the warranty I purchased a car and an extended warranty and had 30 days to cancel without a fee. The day after the purchase I decided I did not want the warranty because it was presented as a BMW warranty but it actually an overpriced after market warranty. It is now Feb 25 and the warranty company has no record of receiving the cancellation. The dealership does not return my calls. I received an email response only after contacting BMW corporate, and that response was only to wait 6 to 8 weeks. Fortunately the warranty company said they would cancel it for me. So shoppers beware. More
