Unexpected "Used Car Dealership" Experience @Passport I had a bad experience with Passport BMW in Maryland. First of all, the sales rep was not helpful, and he immediately assigned me to a BMW Genius afte I had a bad experience with Passport BMW in Maryland. First of all, the sales rep was not helpful, and he immediately assigned me to a BMW Genius after greeting and knowing that I'm interested in a CPO F30, as if he is saying I cannot waste my time on this small deal. For the record, I had 5 or 6 BMWs before, and this F30 is a first car for my teen boy. They should treat all the same!! Second, the finance guy I worked with was trying to change the numbers on me, and kept saying that I do not qualify for the 0.9% finance, though I had above 800 score!! He kept saying excuses that do not make any sense. I walked out and was ready to go, but they called me back. The sales guy told me he does not appreciate me saying that we talked about offers, when in fact that was the main thing we talked about. I was not expecting this type of treatment at a luxury car dealership at all. I'm not recommending Passport BMW at all to any of my family of friends. More
